The hotel hotel is very well located. It has a mini super market in just 4 minutes walk and plenty of restaurants to choose. Walking 10 minutes, you can reach in the center of Porto. Also, if you are traveling with car, you can find a small parking just in front of the building. Other than that, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, although the pillows were slightly plain. It was a great 3-nights staying.

My lowest evaluation was the personnel, as there was none. The check in is self-service through an application and we were shared codes for getting in the building and in our room. I know that this digitalization is the new to be in the hostelry world, but somehow we missed this human interaction where we could ask for local recommendations on what to see/eat.

Maybe the room was a bit too small. The toilet made some noises at night because it was constantly refilling the tank as there chain had a small loss

Extremely well located!! It was easy to get the code numbers to enter (keep in mind that you need to pay a tax by a link before), the place is clean and have the miminum things to a short stay, as plates, glasses, etc. We missed a cafeteria, but it was fine anyway. It has a charming balcony that you can see the plaza in front of the hostel. We were on the second floor, but it has a elevator that helps a lot with the luggage.

The place seems a little bigger in the photos of the announcement, but it was ok. It was smelling cigaret a little bit, and the ventilation system of the bathroom wasn't working.

The property itself was very nice. Modern in the best way. We enjoyed how close the property was to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. It was very easy to come back and forth between the property and the day’s activities.

The room was on the smaller side but we knew this going into it. So not really an issue for us (as we were out for most of the day), but it is something people who book should consider.

The accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were all remote so we didn't see anyone the entire time we were there. Having said that, check-in was seamless. Good selection of eateries close by and easy walk into the centre of town.

Lack of consistency in the rooms. My friend had no blanket in her room and I had no coat hangers. Walls are thin if you have inconsiderate neighbours.

I loved this place. It is super cental in an amazing location. I didn't get the breakfast because from the photos it seemed to be a basket with cold (yet I'm sure delicious) products and it was 15 euros extra, and there are amazing places nearby to eat. The staff were great. We kept in touch via booking and they were really helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again. There is even a space downstairs to sit and do some work if you need. I loved the balcony in the bedroom as well. It was all lovely.

The front door to the building gives a different impression of the building. But do not let yourselves be fooled! The hotel is so elegant inside. It was absolutely lovely. Maybe adding a few products in the bathroom and a few more tea bags would have been nice.

Both the Room and bathroom were nice and clean. The check in system was quick and easy with the acess code to the room and building being sent to you by message so we didn't have to carry any keys or cards with us.

The walls in the rooms are quite thin so you can hear pretty much anything that happens in the hallway. I could hear my neighbour opening his door everytime he went in.

Perfect accommodation situated in the heart of Porto, our room was clean and was perfect size for two people. Access to room via lift which was very helpful for luggage and staff were friendly. Easy access to accommodation via door code, which was convenient for us when arriving to the property in the evening.

Close to restaurants, walking distance from city centre and many tourist spots. Staffs are nice. The abundance of breakfast in the morning is pheew! Will definitely stay there again. The staffs can clean your room daily if you want.

I think having a hot meal breakfast with fruits options will be nice though I like the boxes of breakfast delivered day before. 🤗
