We stayed in the en-suite apartments which were just around the corner. The apartment had everything that you might need, towels, hairdryer, comfortable bed, kitchen. The bathroom was modern. The apartment and hallways were spotlessly clean which was a bonus. Fantastic value for money.

If I was being very picky, new pillows would be a bonus. Although there is a mirror and plug point in the bathroom, a mirror somewhere in the bedroom would just be good so that you could get ready in there whilst your partner is taking a shower.

The staff was amazing. They speak Spanish and other languages. The hotel is beautiful inside. I feel safe and I liked it has 24 hours desk. Everything you may need is closer, grocery stores, laundromats, restaurants, Metro. They helped me booking transport to the airport.

The reason I did not give a "10" to this hotel is because the first two days there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. Later it went away . I did not reported to the front desk.

Great location, easy to find, quiet, friendly staff with good access to public transportation including metro to and from the airport. Good restaurant and bars options within walking distance too. A good stay overall!

Apartment was lacking pots and pans so impossible to cook, would be great to have a couple of options there. Also the lights in the staircase are always on, would be better to have sensors installed there to save energy :)

Location - Close to the metro station, supermarket, and major scenic locations. Comfortable level - room as photos shown, very comfortable bed, neighborhood is quiet, clean, with good breakfast.

If really need to say, probably a little far from good restaurants, or choices are few, and a few streets further there are some drug addicts like individuals hanging around. Other than that, all are perfect.

Really nice room and very comfy bed. Breakfast is super basic and you have to wash your dishes afterwards. I enjoyed my stay but I think there are better options for the price. Staff is very friendly.

I travelled with a group of friends and we booked an entire room just for us. The room was good, beds were comfy, we had just a bathroom but big enough and still good for all of us. Unexpectedly, in the morning the owner told us the breakfast was included! Also, the location was perfect to get to any place around.

I think the room should have been cleaned better, we found some dust between the mattress and the bed frame. But overall the place was well kept

Everything was fine: localization - near to center, studio was clean and have a lot of space. There was a kettle, toster, owen, microvawe, fridge, TV, free WiFi, also modern bathroom. Studio was located on calm area. Personel was friendly, helpful and available 24 h per day.. They aranged transfer from and to airport on time. Good price. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was a perfect European snack and coffee. Everything was very clean and well-kept. High ceilings, lots of light, the perfect hostel! Towels were free, breakfast was free, etc.

I wasn’t sure if we were getting complaints from neighbors or if the staff were coming to us themselves, but we were asked to be quiet at 9:55pm, then again later when we had quieted down. I just thought it was weird they would ask us to be quiet so early in the evening in a hostel where young people (college students) tend to stay when they are traveling. We could really feel the springs in our beds.

Great AC, quiet location despite being very centrally located next to a bunch of shops and transit. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, made for a nice place to relax in the middle of the day.

Kitchenette could use another wine glass and some mugs for tea/coffee.

The property was a period property which was lovely and in a great location. The property was clean, we had a lovely room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We didn’t use all of the facilities as we out exploring all day. Would have been nice to maybe have tea/coffee making facilities.
