Very clean, nice decor, had what we needed for a 3 day trip. Central location makes walking everywhere very easy. The rooftop was beautiful, definitely go see it. Was able to do a little cooking which was great. The small kitchen had everything we needed - thank you! Would stay again!

This is no reflection on the property itself, but a note on the location: it's on a very active party street. The windows and shutters were quite good for keeping the noise out, but we'd still hear yelling outside from drunk people. We didn't know it was on a party street when booking. Still not a problem, just good for future travelers to be aware. For women traveling, be mindful that along that street that are men pushing drugs who will surround you. I recommend staying here if you're in a larger group, or with men to accompany you.

Exceptional location.

Very loud Thursday through Saturday nights until 4:30am. Dance club below the property. Even ear plugs did not help. Super firm mattress.

The location was amazing, everything was nearby. The apartment in general was really nice and with space enough (we were 5 people). Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Both the terrace in the apartment and the one in the roof were a nice place to relax. Other than the noise during the night, we loved this place.

During the nights (until at least 6am) there was a lot of noise, since there is a night club below the apartment, and even with all the windows closed you could hear everything outside (music and people talking, screaming and sometimes fighting) as if the window were completely open. Also, the bathroom door doesn't have a lock and the door didn't close properly.

We had an amazing stay at this flat! The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The location is really central, at the heart of Porto, everything was in a walk distance, which saved us a lot of time. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, like Casa Guedes. Check-in was seamless and keyless, which made everything even more convenient. We also loved the area on the top floor, great view. Highly recommend!

The flat we stayed in had a bit of noise from the nearby bars, but it was nothing disruptive — we still slept very well and it didn’t affect our stay.

I liked literally everything, our stay in Porto was perfect. The check in & check out experience was great. I liked the system to open everything with a digital key, even though we had the digital key information in advance, but Antonio met us personally, explained and showed everything. The rooftop is really fantastic, the accommodation exceeded my expectations, it was located right in the heart of the city, ideal for two people and there are also many cafes, bars and restaurants all around, the apartment is just a few meters from the famous Lello Bookstore. I highly recommend this apartment and I should also mention that hosts were very professional, they really provide high service to guests, always in touch with me, very attentive and helpful, you can always rely on them and have peace of mind. Besides all this Porto is an amazing city, I'm sure I'll go back there again in the near future. Nothing to mention, everything was excellent

We stayed in room 102, which was on the first floor of the building. We really enjoyed the location. Really close to everything. It was a very cozy and well designed apartment. I'm addition the staff were very helpful, kind, and polite with us. We stayed there for 4 days (me, my wife, and our dog)

Unfortunately, the door in one of the two balconies was faulty and the sound isolation was terrible. To be honest I don't think that even if it was working properly would make a difference since the numerous bars on the street were very loud and crowded. We already knew about the area, so this was expected. What I didn't expect though was that we won't be able to leave our luggage on our last day (upon our checkout) at a designated space in the building. Even though the staff again was very helpful and suggested alternative options (in all cases we had to pay), it's inconvenient and stressful (IMO) to arrange and additionally pay for something so simple.

It is in a great location, it was very easy to get around. The staff communicated vey well, and they were very friendly. The terrace on the roof was amazing, with great views and it was an awesome spot to have a meal, snack, or drink! The room was very clean and has a small kitchenette with everything you needed to be able to make your own simple meals.

It gets very noisy at night. It's on a street with many bars and you can hear people until 5 to 6am.If you are a light sleeper, bring good earplugs. They do provide the standard foam ones, but I could hear the noise through them. The bathroom is not completely private. There is a door, but it does not cut you off from the room, so anyone in the room can hear everything even with the door closed.

Rooftop and location, apartment design, amenities.

Noise, loud music and cigarette smoke coming from the bars right below the apartment, which makes it impossible to open the windows. But property warns about this inconvenience right after you book it (with possibility to cancel). Also they made a little sweet gesture to amend for the noise - earplugs in the bathroom drawer. It worked for me, slept like a baby. Another minus is parking - can be challenging, but we managed, just left our car in a bit different location (free of charge). Also (not sure if it’s important for some people), but there are a lot of drug dealers right outside of the building exit, trying to sell stuff to the tourists, so stay alerted during the night.

The staff were more than accommodating, and their assistance was needed to locate parking and the residence. Taking a taxi is the answer. The residence was clean and well stocked. The central location was perfect for visiting the old town. Parking was close by.

The bars were to close at 3 a.m. and did not turn off the music until 4:15 a.m. and people remained in the street until 6 a.m. therefore it was difficult to sleep on a Thursday evening. If you are looking to party, this is the location.

The Property is located in the centre of Porto literally around the corner from famed bookstore Livre Lello - aka the idea behind Harry Potter’s Olivander. Unit is very modern, clean and well lit. Has kitchen, washing machine but inadequate provision for hanging wet laundry. There’s good heating/ air conditioning.
