The hotel is away from the road in it’s own grounds with places to sit, and even has a communal kitchen, laundry and gym. It’s a really tranquil retreat. Easy walk from some great bars and restaurants.

It would have been helpful to provide some coffee pods for the machine - we weren’t staying long enough to buy a box.

A paradise. Lovely garden, where you can relax and take a swim in a nice swimming pool. Very central but also calm and not noisy. The service was great and the staff really helpfull and very gente. I loved to stay here! Thanks yoy so much for the stay!

We loved the location of these apartments. They are so close to all the key locations. The kitchens were really well equipped.

It would be great if some of the vines outside could be trimmed back. Also some of the decking boards might need replacing.

Beautiful Estate right in the middle of Porto. The house is, I'd say, roundabout a 100 years old with portly staircase, high ceilings and creaky pinewood floors. The rooms are tastefully modernized while the old nicely preserved. Lovely garden and pool! We booked the breakfast picnic, very good. We stayed as a family of 4 with two teenager boys on the sleeping sofa, that was quite alright. The car was safely parked on the perimeter (book beforehand!). Bakery and wine bar in front of the gates very recommended. Do not take the car into town, crazy roads, to many people - either on foot or Uber everywhere available.

Nice room on the ground floor with an enormous bathroom. Pool and environs very relaxing. Many eateries nearby and shops too. Did not use a car for four days, walked, tramed, bussed. Port warehouses 20 min walk and uber home. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and with many languages.

Nothing they can do about small children running around on floor above late at night. We thought they were elephants until the next day when we saw they were about 8 years old!

Staff were really friendly, especially Danielle who did our check in. Location was ideal, close to everything, but felt remote. Pool and gardens added bonus. Everything we needed to self cater, and the laundry facilities were great. Nice building, and felt very secure. Communication was also good to ensure smooth arrival.

Bathroom would benefit from ventilation, but shower is outstandingly powerful! We couldn’t master the air con. We’d usually prefer some comfier seating either inside or out, but chairs in communal garden comfy. Terraces will be great when foliage developed.

Everything! Daniella was fantastic from explaining where the best places where to visit and how to get there, to restaurant recommendations, to organising drinks to be ready in the fridge for us, to storing our luggage when we checked out, nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned every day if we wanted as well as providing clean towels and towels for the pool. Just a fab place to stay if visiting Porto.

The bathroom could do with a little bit of a make over, but nothing that would put us off staying again as everything else was fantastic.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property in Lisbon- tells you something:) Rooms are massive, high ceilings, with mini fridge, kitchenette. Free onsite washer and dryer- massive plus. Beautiful grounds with beautiful flowers, pool, with lounge chairs. Best location in my opinion to stay in Porto. Loved going to the bar that’s inside an old church right outside the gate to the property! Onsite parking (15 euro/day), worth it as gated, in and out. It was my birthday on our second day, I also signed a job offer that same day. The hotel owner found out, and left me a lovely note with an incredible bottle of champagne. Celebrated both occasions, thanks so much again. Luno checked us in and was so incredibly great with our kiddo. 10/10 will be back, recommend this place to everyone I know.

The location was perfect, so central and easy to get to via public transport. The building and grounds are beautiful, the swimming pool is lovely and very welcome on hot days. The common areas and rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities Inc dishwashers, toasters, hairdryers and a free to use laundry room. I stayed in a studio room on the first floor, two single beds next to each other for myself and my young son. The staff are all amazing, helpful and friendly.

The only thing that slightly lets it down is the sound proofing. You can hear everything in the hallways outside the room door and from the room next door during the day when staff are cleaning and guests are moving about. However, I have lived in flats most my life and have children, so I am used to noise. Also, being situated in central Porto, I wasn’t expecting a completely peaceful stay. Only a few times did I feel annoyed by noise, and it didn’t detract from my overall enjoyment and more importantly, I didn’t lose any sleep. I would definitely stay again.
