The apartment location was very good, located near the main attractations around the city center. It also had many cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets nearby. For seeing the city center we mostly did not use any transportation, only when doing to the nearby village and bus station, we used taxi and tram. Overall, the apartment was very well equipped and had everything necessary. The host was also very friendly and responsive. We loved Porto and our apartment in general and if we are back, we will certainly take the same place. :)

Our main issues, small inconvenience was the bed, as it was a double-bed and had one entrance, the other side was near the wall. Given the fact that I was traveling with a friend, it was a bit inconvenient with sleeping hours difference and getting out of the bed. :) However, if it is taken by a couple, this is totally comfortable.

Location. Accessible to the city center and feeling of security. Also big bathroom, availability of fridge and kitchenette. Closeness of supermarket or grocery store. It have umbrellas available to use on rainy days.

No hooks for towels (hand and body towels). Need to tell occupants about where to locate the trash can and replacement bags. Hangers located inside cabinet but the bed was located against the cabinet forcing you walk over the bed to access the Hangers. It

Photos of just how nice this apartment is were spot on. The stay felt a lot like a luxury resort. Very clean, TV, large walk-in shower, large fridge, and freezer. Nespresso machine was a bonus. Love the location. There's a boutique shopping center steps away with nice, affordable restaurants. Close to a laundromat and supermarket as well. The manager was very kind and helpful. He hand-deivered a yummy breakfast every morning.

The only thing I would have preferred in this apartment would be to have a handrail when going up and down the stairs. Definitely wasn't a deal-breaker, and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Apartment is attractive. The bed is comfortable, but narrower than we expected.

The apartment actually felt like a half basement, with windows on only one side. The patio feels like it’s below ground-level. There is a washing machine, but we could not get it to work - probably a good thing, because there is nowhere to hang clothes and no clothes dryer. The rooms are long and narrow and rather difficult to maneuver around. No basics (cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc) were provided for the kitchen.

Pretty good location, bed was very comfortable, fan provided. Staff were very helpful and polite, nothing we asked for was too much trouble.

The closest metro station was having major building works so wasn’t in use.

Great location. Lovely modern apartment with everything we needed, including washing machine. Pretty quiet even with some windows ajar and building work nearby.

The mattress on the sofa bed had a very thin cover so the spring coils were uncomfortable - a mattress topper would help a lot.

Flat #1. Very dark in the living/dining area. Needs a stand lamp or a couple of ceiling lights. The steps were very shiny and a slip hazard. No hand rail on stairs and the stairs were open. Potential fall hazard as steps were shiny.

we needed more hangers or places to put our wet clothes/clothes/towels. the sofa bed was way to fluffy, or oversised or from a too soft material. 🤷‍♀️ perfect for the kids though, they found it super comfy..:)

Good location, short walk to old town. No air conditioning which was tricky when so hot in August. Staff we very helpful and responded promptly to queries. Very clean and new.

The room was fantastic, modern, clean and tidy. We had great facilities to make ourselves at home. Comfy bed and excellent bathroom.

Terrible wifi connection, it could only work properly for one device and the other kept dropping off and it was very slow. Terrible communication from the hosts, we were given the wrong address in the emails we received and we never received the check in details so we had to wait around for someone to answer the phone number we were given only for them to tell us we were in the wrong place. We finally make it to the correct location and had to wait half an hour for someone to come and meet us. While we waited we called the number 5 or 6 times to ask where they were and how to get in and they never answered our calls. At last a lovely lady turned up to help us and she was great.
