I loved this hostel. Honestly one of the best ones I've ever stayed in. Very elegant and modern. The breakfast is soooo yummy. The size of the room is great with a desk in the room. There's a cool game room and terrace and a full bar(even though I didn't use it). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to everything I wanted to see in Porto and plenty of restaurants.

A girl in my room got me sick (not the hostels fault).... if you are very sick(coughing/sneezing/blowing your nose) YOU NEED TO WEAR A MASK. Be considerate of other people.

Absolutely the nicest, cleanest and roomiest hostel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! The entrance , lobby and breakfast area was like a hotel. There also was a small bar in the front, and a regular restaurant downstairs. There was always someone at front desk to answer questions and help . The breakfast buffet that was included offered unbelievable breakfast choices. Eggs, croissants ,bacon, oatmeal, cereals even a coffe machine that served lattes , cappuccinos , hot chocolate and regular coffee. Appreciated the water dispenser so could fill contigo. The 6person dorm room had huge storage closets that I could fit my carryon luggage . There were separate private toilets (3) and showers(3) for each 6person dorm. Within walking distance to a very fun area to have drinks and listen to music at.

This hostel offers great facilities. The breakfast is amazing! The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very kind and friendly who welcome you with a list of recommendations about Porto. The place looks new and stylish. They have a great bar where you get a discount. The hostel can be find in the city centre, you can explore Porto very conveniently if you stay here. The bus that goes to the airport stops almost in front of it. The hostel is really good value for money. We would truly recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto.

Everything was great. One thing I can mention here: it would be helpful to add a little shelf to the beds.

There's lots to love about this hostel. The building has been renovated to a very high standard and looks beautiful. Staff are very helpful, there are several free walking tours everyday, the breakfast buffet is on a par with any hotel and it's in a nice location in the arty area of Porto. The dorm rooms are big, the beds comfortable (remade everyday) and the showers, sinks and large lockers are separated from the bedroom by a door so reducing noise/disturbance.

This is a really great hostel, but it would be even better if the dorm beds could have curtains to reduce disturbing others when turning on lights. It would also be good if the showers could have more hooks and something to stand on outside the cubicle as the floor gets wet.

I had high expectations having read all the amazing reviews of the hostel, and I was not disappointed! The staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious (the orange juice tasted amazing!), the beds were comfortable, the room was really spacious and the lockers were large enough to fit all my luggage. There were also 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks for 6 people in the room so we never had to wait for each other! I also loved that the hostel has a restaurant and a bar so if you want a glass of port wine in the evening and are tired from exploring all day, you don't have to go far. :)

Only small things, but some kind of shelf next to beds (especially the top ones) would be really useful. Also the wall was slightly mouldy in one of the showers near the door and the shower head holder was broken in the other, but the rest of the room and bathroom was very clean.

The hostel is located in a very quiet street. The reception staff is very kind and helpful. The hostel and the rooms are very clean and new. There is a good breakfast with a lot of options. There is a very nice terrace. Cool art galleries and good restaurants & bars in the neighbourhood. Thank you.

There is nothing I didn't like but perhaps, the visitors can be suggested to be quiet not to to wake up others many times during the night. During the evening hours check-in, It would also be very helpful to inform the visitors about the location of the plugs in each bed.

- friendly and helpful staff - spacious room, huge lockers with shelf (you don't need padlock, it's on a code) - very, very clean, the bed was made daily - the breakfast was amazing, many options - calm and safe neighbourhood with small galleries around I really liked how the bathroom and the lockers were separated from the bedroom, there were two toilets and two showers in the room (I was in the female room for 6) Sor far, the best hostel I've ever stayed There is also restaurant and bar downstairs

- I didn't have any problem (I couldn't find the hostel at first but that could have been my problem) - I was a bit afraid I could fall during my sleep from the top bunk but I didn't...it's not a downside actually, just how I felt at first

The hostel is great—fancy, clean, and with comfortable beds. The food is delicious, both in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. The stay was really relaxing, and the city center is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Dear owner, please pay attention to the wooden floor and the windows in the rooms. The floor creaks when you walk on it, and the windows do not always seal properly, allowing the wind to be heard from outside when it blows hard. These are just small details, but once fixed, your hostel could be truly perfect and earn top ratings from everyone.

The Gallery Hostel is gorgeous 😍 Really good layout, good value & location, lots of facilities onsite like the terrace & well stocked kitchen, delicious & varied breakfast and everything is immaculately clean. Restaurant onsite is very good-good food and friendly, helpful staff. The cleaners do an amazing job changing linen and towels and cleaning rooms every day. Excellent storage and modern, clean bathrooms. The highlight has to be the staff however, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome & to meet your requests! Special shout out to Joy in the bar who makes a fab cocktail 🍸!
