Amazing!! Everything you could need for a stay in Porto. We stayed in the double bedroom which was perfectly big enough. SO clean and spotless. Had a look in some of the other rooms which looked very spacious with a balconies if you wanted a bit more space! Our room was facing the road but was really well insulated so was quiet (and I am a sensitive sleeper!) breakfast was amazing - Menu to pick from but also breads, meats, fruit and pastries brought as soon as you sat down. Could order more than one thing from the menu and have a few different drinks. Staff were amazing so friendly and attentive. Area a nice short walk from the main town but also some really nice bars and restaurants within meters if there are evening you don’t want to stroll far. Would defo return if I come back to Porto.

Stayed in the private room. The room was quite spacious and clean. It had a large bed, closet and bathroom. The bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel is located on a one-way street making it quiet. I found the room on par with almost any 4 star hotel. Breakfast was served across the street in the main hostel building. It was quite varied, when you first sat down the waiter brought you a selection of bread rolls, pastries, cold cuts and fruit. You could then order various eggs, omelets and other stuff. The cafe doubled as a restaurant in the evening. Had dinner there twice and was quite impressed. The burger was great, on par with other gourmet burgers I have had before. Above the restaurant was the bar. They served excellent cocktails at a reasonable price between 8-12 euros. Most cocktails were made with local products or hand made incidents. The whole building was stylishly decorated. With enough to catch the eye and spark an interest, but not give you a sensory overload. The staff were great to talk too and helpful.

The room was exceptionally good designed, cosy and beautiful. Besides, there were multiple wardrobes with the hangers and different kinds of shelves where we could place the belongings. The traditional design of the bathroom was very cute. The tv spins so one can be watched from both bad or chairs. The stuff was very nice and friendly, especially on the reception, very hospitable and professional. The breakfast was not like the usual buffet but the restaurant where you can ask for some breakfast dishes and they will cook it to you on the open kitchen and then serve it in the very nice way. Location was also very good.

We loved our stay here 👌 staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. We had an issue with A/C I asked for a fan which was delivered to my room. Breakfast was included with our stay it was awesome so much food and cooked fresh which I loved. We ate at the restaurant here a couple of nights great food and again staff perfect. I can’t rate this place highly enough. Rooms were large great size shower and toilet area. It’s well located within walking distance to other restaurants and coffee shop.

Only thing to mention really was no lift. We had heavy bags due to lots of travel but the boys carted our bags up to our room. So nothing really negative to mention.

You don't have the impression that you're in an hotel as it is an old renovated house with a superb staircase. It is situated just outside the old center but in 5 minutes reachable on foot. So not far from the touristic part of the city but you have the fealing that you live in Porto as the hotel is located in an area inhabited by locals.

Nothing ...Everything was perfect : staff, situation, care for the clients, clean, easy to reach, really quiet area, unbelievable breakfast, very reactive when you ask something, ...

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and nice decorated. The breakfast was super nice and you could choose from a menu all kinds of additional options. The location is great since it is so close to the center. A lot of restaurants and bars near by. The parking garage is a few meters from the hotel which was super convenient and 15 Euros a night is a fair price. Definitely a hotel I would book again.

The floor in the bathroom had a big crack in the floor which requires some renovation but this is a minor issue and didn’t impact the experience overall.

The Reception Team were very friendly and informative about local sights etc. In fact all the staff we came into contact with were cheerful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and gave us a great start for the day. We took advantage of 2 of their free bikes for a days cycling along the river which provided a nice variation in our city break. Our room was in a house opposite the main site which was very well appointed and had a kitchen area, dining table, outside patio and a a small sitting room. I would fully recommend this excellent establishment.

Everything was very well presented but if I had to find a blemish, it was that although we had plenty of wardrobe space some of the hanging area was quite difficult to reach. Not really a big issue for us during a short city break.

We were pleasantly surprised by this amazing hotel. The staff were super helpful, they booked us trips and informed us where to go. The room was huge and the bed was so comfy. The bathroom had a great shower. The tv allowed you to link to your phone so we were able to relax with our own tv preferences. It was in walking distance to most attractions in Porto but down a quieter one way street. The breakfast was a lovely continental and then they made the eggs, english breakfast, etc to order. We also booked for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! What a find!

The location and the room are just great. I stayed at the apartment, and I liked that I have the key and can come and go any time, but at the same time there is all the time smbody in the hostel. It's also very convinient to have a kitchen, so I could have coffee at day and cooled some wine if needed)) The stuff is very friendly, thaks a lot for the help with taxi and packed breakfast, that was so nice.

Well, just small details, the whole impression is very good. I really liked the shower (on the balcony) but some water spilled from under the door.

The room was beautiful with a little balcony and nice view. Great facilities in the room and a kitchen downstairs was very handy for when you want to heat up the food and there was a coffee machine, kettle, tea bags, coffee and filtered water. The staff was very helpful and friendly, Gabriel and Izabella greeted us with a smile every morning during breakfast. Housekeeping was the best i've ever had at any hotels. There's also a nice bar and different activities were offered each day. The hotel is situated in a nice location, quiet art area which is close to many nice restaurants and within walking distance to most landmarks. We would definitely book this hotel again when we go back to Porto.
