The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the city center. You can reach the main city attractions by foot (about 10 minutes). The room is very big, clean, comfortable. Bathroom very clean and the shower so big. The hotel is located in a street with no noise, so you can sleep really good. Staff is so kind, nice. WIFI perfect without any issue. I have not used breakfast so I cannot tell anything about that.

The staff were fantastic they were so helpful. The bathroom provided all the necessary cleaning products. Shower gel, shower cap, hair shampoo, hair conditioner and hand soap and hand cream which all smelt lovely. The bed was comfy and it was well made by the cleaning staff. It was nice and modern.There is a roof top area. It was in a quiet location.

There was no nice view. There was a balcony but no chairs or table to sit at. The door glass leading to the balcony was not clean and there were a lot of finger marks on it. I did not think breakfast was value for money at 15 euros a head.

Lovely tasty small hotel, room are spacious and bed comfortable, very nice bathrooms and shower. All staff Lovrly and very helpful, breakfast variety great. We really enjoyed it and you can walk from there to the centre in a very short time.

The first room was first floor and very loud with building work across the street and a lot of car movement at night so we asked for another room. It was no problem and the third floor was an even better room and noise much less. Grateful for being accommodated so easily!

The breakfast is excellent!They offer excellent choice and varieties of breakfast buffet.The personnel is polite and very attentive.We would recommend this hotel . the hotel has great location and we would go back to this hotel it was our second time staying there.

For a 4 star hotel it should have more amenities in the room.Normally the 4 star hotel have a hair conditioner and we have expected this one to have as well but it was one thing that its missing,We have book a room with balcony and we have been expected to have chairs and a small table on the balcony.

The room was clean and very spacious.

the roof top terrace was pretty wrecked. The furniture was not usuable at all.

I had stayed in this hotel before (it is a good sign that I returned) and the hotel again met my expectations. It has a good garage for the car and the access when arriving to Porto through the Arrabida Bridge is straightforward. Exiting the town through the same bridge is also straightforward. It is not very near the old center but you can walk to Rua da Cedofeita (where you have pastry shops and a supermarket) in about 10 minutes and to Avenida dos Aliados in less than 30 minutes, so it is not prohibitively far. The Boavista circus is also relatively near. There are several antiques shops in the street and a few not particularly exciting restaurants nearby. Room was large with a veranda and the Daikin air conditioning was fully adjustable once I understood the ways of the beautiful but mystifying control. Price was OK, particularly when compared to the silly prices of some 2 and 3-star hotels nearer Avenida dos Aliados. Breakfast is very good.

Convenient, clean, friendly staff

Didn’t book breakfast and was glad to not have done - £15 per person felt steep when we saw the offer of breakfast compared with what was close by. Would recommend lowering price to be convenient or not offering breakfast, local places offered much better value for money. We had a lovely brunch for 30 euro for 3 people a few mins away and was hot food.

This hotel is excellent. It’s modern and has wonderful decor, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the quiet room and black-out curtains which are often missing from other hotels. This helped me to sleep really well. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help with our requests. The breakfast was good. It’s close enough to the centre and Ubers are a very reasonable cost, taking only 10 minutes to reach the main areas of central Porto. I would book this hotel again on my return to Porto, and also recommend it to others.

Very clean and stylish, staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location and in a safe area, appreciated the 24/7 reception.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the room steamed up after each shower, would be really useful to fix this as the AC ventilation system was good in the bedroom but didn’t help the steam clear in the bathroom. We also had an issue with the bathroom light that it sometimes would only turn on if the main bedroom light was on which didn’t help in the night.

This place was clean, the staff was super friendly and they were able to accommodate me at a last minute notice. I even canceled a booking there and they have a no cancel policy and they worked with me on it and I just ended up booking it anyway. The fact that they were willing to go that extra mile meant a lot to me.

The only thing I didn't care for was the location. It's not super far from stuff but you do have to walk to see anything interesting. So it's not terrible but it's the thing where taking an Uber or a taxi isn't practical and everything is just far enough away to where it's like a 15 to 20 minute walk depending on where you're going.
