The location is fantastic and the apartments are clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and informative. The beds are very comfortable.

Some fixtures and fittings are a little run down but that happens over time. Maybe a little renovation will help. Also the property is not very sound proof. The area around is quiet but the other guests in neighbouring apartments were sometimes quite loud pretty late into the night. It says quite hours between 10 and 6 and so that’s what we were expecting but the first two nights our neighbours talked very loud until 2-3 am so we had to sleep with ear plugs. This was not particularly pleasant. But other than that everything else was quite amazing - our apartment was big, well-lit, warm (we were there in winter), the staff was friendly and helpful, the hosts replied promptly and we had a wonderful trip.

Not far from the city center, yet really calm and quiet. All you need is nearby and in a walkable distance. The staff is superb- friendly, considerate and polite. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived and a really nice host who greeted us (Gui) explained everything thoroughly before giving us the keys. There are daily cleanups and towel change, hygiene supplies and cleaning agents are also provided. All our wants and needs were accommodated and met.

The fridge had a little internal leakage and one of the lights in the living room was twitching a bit, but these issues were of no major concern for us and did not impact our quality of stay.

Excellent central location, perfect for all kinds of activities. Easily reachable from the airport by public transport; local buses 601 and 602 run from the airport to the city centre, Palacio do Cristal is your final stop; the apartments are just across the road 1 min walk. Comfortable room with all necessary kitchen amenities available in perfect working order. Powerful shower unit. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Just one drawback -housekeeper's relaxed attitude to her duties. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay for us here. Highly recommended for budget accommodation.

The housekeeper's relaxed attitude to her duties. We came in at 3 p.m- arranged check in and had to wait one hour more for the room to be cleaned. Unacceptable.

The housekeepers provided costless cleaning service in the middle of our trip. Air conditioning was working well. Most of the time it was quiet (building and neighborhood). The apartment is in a very good localization. Possibility to leave at any time without contacting the owners.

We have found it difficult to prepare meals since there was no cutting board and dish drainer, knifes were not sharp, toaster was dirty, and dishwasher/dishwasher tablets were not working efficiently. We could not turn on a TV (signal problems).

Good location, about a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. Coffee shops, small market, hospital, and park, all right there. Arrived very late from airport, we were met promptly for a friendly and informative check in. Small kitchenette is adequate, beds were comfortable, place was clean. It was everything we needed.

Regardless of how careful we were with the shower, we couldn't keep some of the water from coming out the end of the shower.

LOVED our stay here so much. The check in was smooth, quick and easy and the woman who checked us in was warm and friendly. We love this area of Porto and were able to walk to some of our favorite spots such as quintal bio shop an organic store & "the coffee" a coffee shop we've been enjoying. The places was comfy, quiet and spotless. Will definitely be back !

The location was excellent. It was a short walk from everything we wanted to see. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly. The beds were very nice. The only thing was that the couch turning into a bed was a bit uncomfortable, but understandably so as it was a couch turning into a bed. The lift was out of order when we got there but the person who welcomed us carried our luggage to the second floor. They were very helpful, very nice and welcoming people.

Good location just outside the city center. At first glance, it didn't seem like an interesting neighborhood, but then something else came into play, lots of small shops and galleries. Convenient to have locals at restaurants and enjoy socializing with them. Large apartment with everything you need and a friendly host.

The two persons we communicate with for the apartment were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and calm, you have everything you need in it, close to everything and very well located. Highly recommended and a very good value for the money.
