Beautiful little hotel with charming and stylish décor. You feel welcome from the very first moment. Incredibly friendly staff. Cozy little garden. Our room on the top floor had a balcony, which we really appreciated. A slightly unusual solution with a bathtub inside the shower cabin. The floors creaked a lot, but it was part of the charm. Delicious breakfast, but there was an extra charge for covering a single dish, juice, and coffee, even though we had already paid for breakfast.

Breakfast was great, staff was super friendly and helpful, decoration & furnitures looked gorgeous and well arranged and chosen - there even is an art piece in the upper part of the staircase, from artist Maja Escher, also featured at the wonderful Serralves Foundation for Contemporary Art (my highlight in Port).

There are many moths - garment moths - given it's an old building I guess. For couples, know there is little privacy since there is no wall nor partition between the bed and the toilet + sink. I would have added some disrecte shelves around the sink and the bathtub.

Great property in even greater city. Loved the showers; loved the quietness. thought the garden was very nice. Really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the young man. The property was close but not too close to the tourist sights. Our walks to them gave us a chance to see at least a little of the city and its people

Safe not very accessible especially given the presence of the triangular table The young woman who served our breakfast after our first night seemed unhappy about something. She was the opposite of warm and charming.

It's a lovely old townhouse with a beautiful interior. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is amazing. I loved the furniture and the art. Breakfast is to be ordered a la carte and is delicious. I was there during winter, otherwise I would definitely have taken breakfast in the garden every morning. The hotel is located is a very nice neighbourhood with plenty of artsy/ design/ pop-up shops and the touristic centre is also very close by.

Yes, it is an old building, so you can hear it when the neighbours are getting home, but I didn't mind. Personally I'm not a fan of showering in the bathtub, but again, it was a beautiful bathtub..

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself is very cool design-wise. Really liked the bluetooth player! Complementary port wine was also nice :)

There are weird glass doors separating the bathtub from the room. I think they were supposed to be sliding but they are fixed and it makes it kinda hard to get into the bathtub. Also water splashing into the room :( The kettle was inexcusably cheap compared to the rest of everything in the room. Smelled of plastic really bad when it was being heated. And the very squicky floor (but that comes with the cool old building :D)

The design and location of Rosa et Al is its selling point. Staff were as attentive to my needs as they could be given a stressful situation with the door knob and I am grateful for that. The wifi wasn’t fully working when I was there (I should have spoken up about this). The water temperature in the shower was cold so when I wanted to take a bath it was cold and I had to transfer water from the sink to the bathtub. Not relaxing! (I told staff about this privately.) My recommendation is for staff to send a video on how to turn the doorknob though it is pretty simple and for a direct Humber to get in contact for self check in past midnight for future guests to avoid stressful situations.bi would also number the rooms to make it easier for guests to find their rooms. Little things that do make a big difference.

The townhouse was just beautiful, lovely decor, great vibes, felt homely and not sanitised like a hotel usually is. The garden out back was the perfect spot for a moment to yourself. The room itself was HUGE, so spacious and like a whole apartment in itself. Super comfy bed and great bathroom amenities.

My only tiny critique would be the level of noise from the road in front, but with the townhouse retaining so much of its original features, it isn’t too surprising that this is the case and a small price to pay for how beautiful the room and location was.

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location to explore Porto from. The neighbourhood is fun to explore and easily walkable to the main districts. We had a spacious, tastefully designed room with large bathroom, huge comfortable bed and couch. We visited in winter and it was warm. Staff were kind and helpful and the breakfast was restaurant standard. We enjoyed our stay and would like to be back again one day.

The floor boards are a little squeaky, it being a historic building, we had a peaceful stay though.

Our Garden Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Beautiful design with high ceilings and the outdoor shower was a great feature. The food was delicious, especially the smoothie with melon and mixed mushroom omelettes. The staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

It was a shame that the included breakfast was a capped amount (15€ per person) and anything above this was charged as an extra. This detail could be made clear at the time of booking as due to the a la carte menu prices it is easy to exceed the included allowance. Also sometimes the toilet had to be flushed several times after a single use.

The staff is wonderful—friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, very convenient. The interior is cozy and well-designed, and the food is excellent

There was a noticeable smell of mold in the room, and we could see it starting to appear on the bathroom walls. Additionally, it took a very long time for the hot water to come on, which was quite inconvenient.
