The staff was nice and super helpful, when you check in, they offer you a glass of Porto wine and tell you everything you need to know. The location is great for solo travelers, especially if you like to go out at night and meet people. Because it's located near the main nightlife area of Porto. The downside is the noise from outside until late, but i didn't found it too loud when the windows were closed. Also everything looked pretty clean, even the shower. The breakfast they serve is actually super good for the price.

The room felt like it could be a little hot in the summer, but since it was mid October, was fine. They have a pretty decent fan in the room that could help with that though. Also, one morning i had no toilet paper in the bathroom, guessing they don't refill everyday.

Loved this hostel. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Beautiful old style, kept extremely clean with renovated bathrooms. Breakfast was great and laundry service is super convenient. The rooms are super comfortable and I had a view onto the park which was stunning. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. It is a very relaxed hostel as well. The hostel is very well situated in the city to get everywhere walking.

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing especially the staff. I would like to give a big shout out to Jenna who was very very sweet very helpful and recommended a lot of nice places to see she was absolutely amazing and she’s a gem. I’m very excited to come back because I had a great experience.

The wine hostile located in a very nice part of Porto was close to all the attractions. The staff was very accommodating. They had greeted me with a glass of Port wine on the house and wine drinks and food, we’re available inside a very comfortable lounge with separate cooking if you wanted to do your own thing, plenty of showers available. The staff was constantly cleaning and making sure the guests were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hospital. Additionally, they stored my luggage while I was walking the Camino available to pick it up and stay with him again on my return. they do offers some extras like towels and locks, but the beds came complete with sheets and blankets

Great value for money. Excellent location. Clean. Friendly staff. Welcome wine. Locker and outlet by the bed. Squeaky beds and no curtains, which is quite uncomfortable and doesn't provide a sense of privacy. Excellent value for money. Prime location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Welcome drink. Locker and power outlet by the bed. However, the beds are squeaky, and the lack of curtains diminishes privacy and comfort.

Spotless kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, comfortable beds, quiet inside.

Noise (bass line) from downstairs bar very late at night and loud singing/chanting during happy hour, loud enough that it was difficult to carry on a conversation in the lounge inside the hostel. Didn't last for hours, but was sort of disturbing, like being in a stadium only there was no game around.

The staff were excellent, always went above and beyond. My flight was delayed, and Lewis stayed until well after 2am to let me in with a smile and a glass of port. Also much credit to the airport transfer organised by the hostel for waiting in the airport for over an hour. Otherwise the hostel serves a great breakfast, is very clean, secure and perfect to meet other travellers.

We did enjoy our stay at the hostel. It's clean, the living room is friendly and the kitchen is well-equiped. The welcome portwine drink is a nice touch! The staff was very helpful. The place is cleaned. The shower drain was clogged, but was fixed when we came back a few weeks later, so the maintenance is done. Great wi-fi connection and great location, close to downtown and next to a lovely park. It's nice that they pay attention to the environment (real towels instead of paper, recycling, etc.).

It was a bit noisy.

The staff is very helpful and super polite. The hostel is very clean. Location is perfect. Although check out is at 11, we could stay in the common area of the hostel and use the facilities until we had to leave for our flight (we could leave our luggage too). For an extra 10€ they wash and dry your clothes.

It is clean and is surrounded with plenty restaurants but …

I stayed on Saturday so not sure if this might be different to week days but the part music downstairs did not stop at all, even my ear plugs could not prevent it. Don‘t we have certain limit to allow us to be able to rest a bit 😅
