I had a great stay at this hotel in Porto! One of the biggest advantages was the seamless early check-in, which made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, with the metro station literally right outside the hotel, making it extremely easy to get to the city centre. Additionally, a large shopping market is just a 6-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The neighbourhood felt safe, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

One downside is that if you are a light sleeper, the nearby metro station can be heard from the rooms. I personally used earplugs, and they helped a lot, but it’s something to keep in mind for those sensitive to noise.

I like everything about it

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and well-furnished, offering a beautiful view of the city skyline. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast buffet, and the staff was always attentive and friendly.

The hotel is very well located, next to the subway which makes it easier to travel around the city. The cleanliness, the staff, the large and comfortable room and the breakfast, everything corresponds to what is advertised. The parking next to the hotel also helps. Very nice place for a romantic stay. I recommend it

Comfy bed. I was able to check in late, around Midnight. They have a 24/7 reception. Room is good For me it was not big of an issue, but as many other reviews point out, the metro line is just in front underground of the hotel. So if you are alight sleeper, this hotel might not be for you. As i slept with the window open, the sounds of the seagulls and one rooster(?!) were more distracting. But still not big of an issue for me personally.

Very convenient for using local buses and metro. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Everything provided worked well- shower/instant hot water/air conditioning/ provision of a kettle on request. Good breakfast choices.Sparkling clean. Above all exceptionally helpful staff- Lilliana was delightful.

Would be nice to have the option of eating in the garden area adjoining the breakfast room. Not in the more picturesque areas of Porto

Right next to a metro so although it looks out of town it takes about 5 mins to get to the centre. Good rooms, we got a welcome Pastel de Nata! They had a printer too which we really needed for train tickets and it was free to use!

The room was very clean and well set out. Reception wad also very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing that needed changing.

The location is perfect as there is a metro right in front of the hotel. You can easily walk to la casa de musica and also there is a roundabout near the hotel with a pastry shop every step you make. Also the hotel is very clean.

The only thing is that the bed was made up of two seperate ones. Also there is not much of a choise for breakfast.

Next to metro station and walking distance to supermarket and shops and restaurants. City centre is a very nice 40 minute walk away. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Very good breakfast.

Price was very expensive, even higher than Lisbon prices. Whilst happy enough with the hotel, for that price I expect much more. Way overpriced.
