We stayed here for one night with our two children. The location was great as there is a good food hall a few minutes away and a big Lidl one minute away. We didn’t use the parking facilities but saw that when we stayed there, there were ten spaces and only six of them were being used. There was a shared kitchen with a fridge/freezer and plenty of pots and pans with cups and plates. The back garden had nice tables and chairs that I would have used if I had stayed longer. The room was lovely - very clean and we found the beds comfortable. My kids liked their sofa bed. There were plenty of towels etc. The shower pressure was okay, but you are in an old building and I found this was the same in another place I stayed at in Portugal. The service and contact from Deluxe Suites was excellent. They give you lots of advice and are very quick to reply to any messages. I would stay here again.

The only criticism I have is that you can hear people come up the stairs when you are in your room at night or people walking above in their apartment. Bring your ear plugs if you are sensitive. It is an old building and for the price I think this is fine.

The room was just as in the pictures and done to a high standard. Everything was very clean. The twin room With sofa bed is more than spacious enough for 2-3 friends. There were extra touches such as maps of the city, local food recommendations and toiletries. Kitchen was handy too. We found it close enough to the centre, you can walk in 20-30 mins and there are plenty of coffee stops on the way. The metro is across the road and there are shops, cafes and a park right next to the hotel. Overall it was great! Would definitely book again.

We struggled a bit with the self check in instructions as there are 3 separate entrances. But if you read the instructions fully in advance it is clear. We were tired after a long journey!

Our room was fabulously furnished but could use a small fridge, perhaps some water glasses and perhaps a larger bin in room The kitchen space offered is very useful

Parking is a problem here, especially if you are a tourist and unsure where it is safe to park The hotel does state limited parking, but you only find out that there is none available once you book If you are holidaying in the area, the last thing you want to spend time on is driving around sorting out parking

I liked the location of this property because I didn't want to live in the very centre with hords of tourists. This area is where Portuguese live. I doubt you can get on foot to the centre but you can go by metro and in the evening simply come back to this nice neighbourhood. This property is situated on a 5.5 km avenue that will lead you straight to the Foz area and the beaches. It's nice just walking down this area to the water. And at the back of the property there is a very beautiful graveyard! Well, probably not the first thing you want to see when travelling but it it very nice. I strolled there on Sunday morning. It was sunny, calm and very peaceful.

Really clean, modern and comfortable. Host was friendly and gave us tips on where to visit. The kitchen and garden were a nice bonus. 5 min walk to the metro station with easy access to the central city. There’s a good food market we went to for dinner just a 5 min walk away. Beach is worth a visit too. Lidl next door for supplies. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The air con was on a timer so didn’t stay on at night, we opened the windows but got bitten by mosquitoes, when I asked if the timer could be changed I was advised it couldn’t which seemed unreasonable. If air con is advertised it should be available, if it was mid summer it would be a real issue. The kitchen was good but needed a few more utensils like a tin opener.

It was a very good choice to go with Porto Deluxe Suites. The location is central and the closest metro/bus station has very convenient connections. There is a very convenient parking lot. The rooms are very quiet, in spite of being located alongside a busy road. The communication with the staff - through Booking - was very friendly and efficient.

There is no elevator, so older people, families with buggies or travllers with large suitcases may find it difficult to use the stairs ....

Great value. Also the fact that the appartment is just seconds away from a big supermarket. The food market is nice too! I loved how everything was so great prepared by the staff. The daily whatsapps and all tips to make the stay enjoyable. Lastly, kitchen was very clean! Everything you need can be found there.

There are constructions in front of the building. Taxi couldnt reach the location. It's an old building, so you could hear everyone walking on the stairs (bring earplugs!). Also when people are cooking the smell from the kitchen will linger all the way up to the appartments. This wasn't really pleasant. I expected more luxury of the appartments based on the photos. Its not bad, but certainly not great. Lastly, neighbourhood not really special and quite some distance (38 minutes walking, 15 min taxi) from the city center.

Very cosy, clean and well—maintained room with a lot of attention to small details. Friendly and helpful owners, who are always there to answer any questions. Well-equipped and cosy kitchen with a great terrace, perfect for sunny days coffee and breakfasts. Bonus: included parking.

Very chipped off frying pans in the kitchen, looked like it’s unsafe to cook anything on them.

A fantastic accommodation. The building has a kitchen, a very welcoming outdoor patio and parking. The room has a beautiful decoration, is spacious and very functional. Check in was automatic, and all access codes were provided in a timely manner. The team was super friendly and very helpful.

I stayed on the top floor and the building does not have an elevator. For me it was not a problem, but it could be for those who have heavy suitcases or are traveling with people with difficulties. However I belive this issue can be overcome by mentioning it to the hosts who, eventually, can place you on a lower floor.

Good location, clean, neighbourhood felt safe, close to lidl, good tips sheet of restaurants and cafes nearby, clean communal kitchen, fridge and back garden for eating

The sofa bed made very loud noise at any movement, the walls not very sound proof could hear water pipes and when other travellers enter the building and walk the stairs. The room could be better with more mirrors and places to hang clothes. Recommend travellers bring ear plugs
