New and modern hotel, comfortable room, very kind receptionists. There were parking near the hotel but it wasn't the price that I had seen when I booked the room in March....Any way about the hotel I would suggest it to my friends

Staff's friendliness and openess to all types of questions, Spanish, Portuguese, English and a little bit of German is spoken by some of the staff, good selection of breakfast (buffet), option for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant (not included in stay, has to be paid seperately), good connection to bus and metro lines, near a shopping center/shopping street for various purposes (eating out, shopping, window shopping), own gym + changing rooms accessible,

see-through glass in the bathroom, white curtains, felt like the apartements opposite of the hotel could see inside, water constantly switching between hot and cold while showering, These are some minor things I have noticed.

Fabulous breakfast and everything as it's described on booking. It is a very nice, clean brand new four star hotel in a modern, area of Porto with a good public transport and the metro 8 min. The centre and the old town is in easy walking distance. It takes 20 min to walk to the city centre and nice 15 min walk to the vintage tram depo where we had a wonderful annual parade in early May. The room has a handy arrangement with a very comfortable bed. There was no problem for the glass doors in the bathroom corner there. The hotel staff was very helpful to arrange a taxi and a break pack early morning to go to the airport. Thank you to you all!

Location was fine! It was near everything needed and only a short trip to the touristic area. Hotel is located in a quiet area what I liked the most. The breakfast was good - enough for what I needed. I think if you do not mind staying a little further away from the touristic area it is a perfect stay. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of spots to eat, drink and walk around...

After a shower there is terrible smell coming out of the shower. It goes away quite fast but it is not pleasant if you need to stay in the room...

The hotel rooms are like in the photos, but the bathroom and WC do not have a separate room. They have the doors, but glass doors, so if you do not travel alone, you may need to create some arrangements on who does what and when :D But the personnel was very nice, polite, and helpful. We also got the welcome drinks vouchers for the hotel bar.

Except for the glass doors in the bathroom and WC that are located directly inside the room, everything was great.

It has a very nice vibe to it (the best we experienced in portugal) staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. And rooms are spacious.

Some room facilities need better maintenance. Our room ac was not always working, and the shower water kept changing temperature. We didn’t like the fact that the toilet had a transparent glass.. it’s weird :p

Comfortable and moderm room, very clean, with coffee facilities. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning perfect and no noise.Staff super friendly and very welcoming. Location is great as you can walk to the main touristic areas.

Nothing. All was perfect. I would book this hotel again in my next visit to Porto.

Although it was very clean, there was some smell of pipes. Keeping the shower door open after use seemed to help a little.

Loved the hotel beds extremely comfortable and clean - room was great nice little fridge and plenty of hanging space. Breakfast - really good selection great value all round. Hotel is a short walk from the metro station which is very handy although local taxis were very cheap. Only downside is the location. It appears there is a night club across the road and it is very noisy until about 3 am - my room faced out onto Main Street and it was pretty bad both Friday and Saturday night. Shame as everything else was fab. I would imagine the rooms which are to the back of the hotel would be quieter.
