The location is perfect. The riverside seems more crowded and noisy, but the location of Boasvista is more convenient. There is a mercado and a breakfast coffee shop very close to the hotel. You can find delicious food for fair prices. It is a renovated building, the furniture is quite new. The wardrobe was large enough. The bathroom is a little small but it was ok. The hotel has 10 rooms I guess, so it is a peaceful place. We didn't mind the absense of breakfast because as I mentioned the cafes and restaurants around were more than enough. The personnel is kind and helpful. There are also the supermarkets close by in case you forgot to bring something (lidl and continental). The great view of the casa da music is a bonus.

You have everything basic in the room but a few complementaries would be nice. Such as a bottle of water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (they give an all in one- I wouldn't prefer). The bathroom needs a little adjustment, the water leaks around the sink and the shower head can't be fastened. Small touches will make it perfect.

The location was great, a bit out of the center city, but very accessible by car, metro or bus. It was on a busy street and there was work on the street beginning at 8:00 a.m. But there was a little garden between the 2 buildings which we enjoyed for meetings and just to relax. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was limited in an underground parking across the street, which was for the concert hall. But when we arrived, there were not parking spaces available and we had to park on a nearby street, which would have required us to feed the meter every two hours. Luckily, we found a private parking in the same street and left our car for 3 days for a reasonable fee. The bathrooms were small and they didn't change the towels for 3 days. There was not breakfast available and the bar was very limited in what it served, mostly soft drinks and beer.

Clean renovated property, super nice garden, very pleasant vibe!

I came a bit earlier than check in time, and had to wait outside. No option to enter the property and leave luggage before check in time

The room was comfortable and had a good size. The staff was super friendly! The bathroom was a good size and the shower water had great pressure. The AC worked perfectly which was great for the really hot days.

Wi-fi really didn't work well for our work meetings. We had to use data. It would be nice to have 2 keys because you need the key to unlock the hotel entrance door, so if one of us left, we had to ask for the other to open the door. And since there wasn't someone at the reception all the time, that happened quite a few times. The shower doors didn't close so the water would leak. We had two rooms and, on the first one, the bathroom was perfect though! It was just this second one.

The location is great; close to bus stops and metro. It's a 25 min ride from the airport by bus but can also be reached by metro. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Everything was spot on. Our room was quite small but we didn't need more. We didn't have breakfast there but there were plenty of options and everything seemed fresh.

There wasn't anything we disliked. There were some roadworks on the main street but it didn't affect us as our room was at the back, facing the rear garden.

Modern, clean & comfortable. I booked last minute while I was staying in another part of Portugal & due to that got the last room. It was right next to reception as you entered the building from street level. Wasn't sure about it when first arrived but it was great as small hotel & nice & quite. Location was great to walk to Douro river & there was also a metro station within a few minutes wall to beach or anywhere else in Porto. Must add that the guy on reception was excellent.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but I must admit it wasn't what I expected when I arrived

Basically the room that I got after booking on booking.com was a ground floor, very hot and noisy (building work next door) . Not happy especially as they offered "free room upgrade". So I paid an extra 10 euro cash to get a front facing first floor room which was of a high quality, cool and faced onto the music centre pictured. No problems at all with this room , it was quality and tastefully decorated. My gradings refer to the room I paid extra to get.

The fact that the "upgrade" offered was essentially a back facing room, hot and stuffy. Clearly not an upgrade as I had to pay an additional 10 euro to get a room that was acceptable to me. Make of that what you will.

Nice renovated building in a good location. Comfortable suite and they also offer a great breakfast buffet.

There were construction works going on in front making access to the building confusing and uneasy. Reception was not always guarded so you might have to wait until someone comes to let you in, at least until you get your key.

I found it difficult to find the Class In̈n. The name over the door is not very clear to see. I phoned and explained the problem and Margaretha from reception came outside on the street to meet me which I very much appreciated. I was able to leave my bag for a few hours free of charge. I would stay in Class Inn again without hesitation.

Water and a glass should be available in the room.

Simple modern design. Clean room and bathroom, also whole hotel's space was clean, including stepstairs and terrace. The staff is helpfull amazingly . The location was just what I was looking for. The hotel is very close to public transport( just few meters from different buses, but a bit far from metro, as 600 meter or more). There are few shopping centers nearby. Lidl supermarket and few cafe are very close. Water pressure in shower was perfect.
