V clean ..Nice room . . V quiet hotel inside ..relaxing and good facilities ie pool .. .bed v comfortable ..helpful staff .especially guy Jose who gave us great tips for sight seeing ..fridge in room so handy to keep milk and drinks cold .swimming pool v nice .

Kettle didn't work in room but hav hot water boiler in dining area could use as required to make tea.any time we wanted .and every variety of tea ..so was nice after long day ...didn't avail of breakfast ..bit far out of city but uber brilliant and cheap and metro 10 mins walk away so ok .lot of traffic on road at night so not used to that but light sleeper anyway .

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the room was large and well set up (the pool towels are in the wardrobe... we didn't find them at first!). The bathroom was lovely and clean. The room has shutters on the windows which block all the light out so you can sleep really well. The beds are comfortable. The pool is small but perfect for a chill out at the end of a long day, or to spend the day as we saw others doing. It was far too warm for us to feel like trying the Padel court, but in cooler weather I would definitely give it a try. We were shown the gym and other areas which look great, but we didn't use. There is chilled water on tap for use at any time and teabags and hot water if you prefer tea. Coffee is available from a Nespresso machine for 1 euro. Breakfast was continental with fruit, pastries, bread (a toaster if you want it toasted), yogurts, granola, cheese and ham. I have allergies to fruits and the staff went above an beyond to make sure I could enjoy the fruit without risk which was absolutely amazing of them. There is a vending machine with soft drinks and beers, and a shop up the road for anything else (there is a fridge in the room to chill your own drinks etc). The car park is secure and a reasonable add on price considering it's a major city. If we're in Porto again we will absolutely be returning. The location is on the outskirts, but that means there is not an issue with noise. There are ubers readily available and reasonably priced and there are also public transport links which we didn't make use of.

The pool is in an area with plenty of bugs who like to try swimming and realise they can't! However, there is a pool sieve (if that's what they are called) by the pool so you can do some DIY body disposal :). We did, didn't take long and made the experience much nicer. That minor point is the only thing we could think of that we thought could be improved! It is a wonderful place to stay

Facilities were excellent (I would recommend the deluxe dbl room with balcony) very well appointed. Modern stylish design. Amazingly spacious for city hotel. Staff were very helpful, friendly and always smiling. Continental breakfasts were excellent,-varied with choices of fruit yoghurt , and a fantastic granola. fresh juice, and cold meats/cheese/ boiled egg. Very tasty range of breads. Pool and garden well kept and laid out. Padel court was a hit with many guests. We felt that any queries we had, were answered immediately and staff went the extra yard to make our stay perfect. Nothing. But maybe the north European visitors would welcome a teapot in the rooms?. - that’s how hard I have to think to suggest any small improvement!!

Hotel was really clean. Very spacious seating and dining area. Pool was nice and my partner made great use of this and the sunbeds. The gym was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Could not recommend highly enough for this. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

My partner and I stayed two nights under two separate bookings. One night we were in Room 105 which was nice and spacious but our second night were allocated Room 101 which felt like a real downgrade. This room and 102 are facing the street and the noise of the traffic was really noticeable and disruptive. Windows could do with being soundproofed. The room was quite cramped and the difference of €9 between these rooms and the other larger rooms was quite stark. We would absolutely stay again but not if it were in Rooms 101 or 102.

We had a fantastic stay at BFRESH HOTEL PORTO! The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The parking was very convenient, which made our trip even more stress-free. We also really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful design touches throughout the hotel. Great location with easy access to the city. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

We honestly liked everything about our stay, no complaints at all

It was quiet, best nights sleep I've had in a long while, the black out blinds were fantastic. The gym was unreal for a hotel, I was in there everyday before breakfast, sometimes twice a day. The breakfast was just right, the cakes were dangerously delicious. It was only 30minutes walk to the city centre. The food places nearby were phenomenal, proper traditional.

The only thing that was slightly annoying was the amount of building work going on across the road, kind of ruined the zen that the hotel would otherwise have. Nothing a good set of headphones cant fix though

From our first entry, Joao was really helpful and informative. He clearly loves Porto. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and great with English conversations. Special mentions to the breakfast lady and Emilianna for the massage. Vinyl LPs to play in the lounge - when the new stylus arrives. The boutique interior design was well thought out. Great pool and leisure facilities. We also chose BFresh because of value. It is 3km from main town attractions but we saved €000s, if you could find a nearer, comparable hotel. The Uber service is comprehensive and cheap. With each trip (average €5.5) we were dropped exactly where we needed to be. This was a very good holiday.

Where to begin: 1. Friendly and attentive staff who showed us the amenities in the hotel, made restaurant recommendations, which were fab!, and spent so much time showing us where to go and how to get around Porto. Top staff. 2. Impeccable cleanliness and freshness throughout. Fresh linen multiple times and room cleaned thoroughly every day. 3. Lots of places to relax - lounge area with tv and redord player, cafe, and outside patio with sunbeds and a super relaxing pool. 4. Gym was amazing - was better than the gym I attebd jn the UK. 6. Complimentary pastries and cakes every afternoon. 7. Location makes it easy to get around Porto.

Nothing

The staff were friendly and all the facilities were great. Considering the weather wasn't the best when we went we still had fun using the Paddle Court and Gym. Even though we didn't use it the lounge area seemed to be a quiet place where you could get some work done. The gym was great and I'm sure the Pilates classes and massages are also worth while.

My only real issue was that anytime we went to reception we had to wait a while for a receptionist to come. There wasn't one there when we left and also when enquiring about the paddle court I waited around 10 minutes for someone to be available. I would also say that the location is a bit out of the way if you were planning to walk it. Ubers are 10 minutes to the city centre and the beach and only cost 5 euros but if you were planning on walking it's around an hour.

Liked being able to leave the car in a secure carpark and explore Porto by metro, bus and on foot. Staff gave very good advice about metro and bus routes and about restaurants both locally and in the city centre. Room was excellent and very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Throughout the hotel everything was spotless and the security was very good. Staff were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. The pool looked lovely though we didn't use it as we were out and about so much. The spa and fitness facilities were good and I had a very good massage. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt and an abundance of different breads and pastries.

Only one comment about breakfast - it was lovely but a bit of variety in the cheese and cooked meats would have been nice. Otherwise everything exceeded our expectations.
