We had an early morning flight out of Porto and opted to stay at an airport hotel. What a pleasure to stay at this establishment. I asked if we could leave our luggage there safely before our check-in time, and they were happy to do so. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve dinner but gave us a list of nearby restaurants to try. We didn't book breakfast as we would leave early. The wonderful man at reception gave us some lovely, fresh pastries before we left, which my daughter and I devoured while waiting in line at the airport! Delicious!! Thank you for this kind gesture! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and a great shower, too. The airport is just a short walk away. We had a great stay, thank you!

The reception staff made all the difference. The rooms were smaller than other hotels but they were more than adequate for a night before a flight. Beds were nice, climate control was good, bathrooms were quite spacious and well appointed so everything measured up to “good” for a hotel close to an airport. What makes me write this review is the reception during the day. I wish I had taken note of the young man’s name (I only say young man hoping it provides enough clarification that this review gets back to him) but he was genuinely the best receptionist I have ever encountered. My life has also involved a fairly exceptional amount of great service so this means a lot. His English was perfect (not necessary, but good to have) and his enthusiasm was high but not overwhelming. He was friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions and was happy to offer advice and assist however possible. He kindly helped me choose food to order and set me up in their dining area with silverware and flatware even though he absolutely did not need to. Also, and this cannot be understated, his food recommendations were outstanding.

The location is most convenient, about 5-10 minute walk from the airport, it is possible to take a luggage trolley and walk all the way to the hotel. The room is relatively small, and the facilities are relatively basic - but fair and suitable for an overnight stay near the airport. The hotel is right next to a very busy road with a constant stream of cars but has a little nice garden with tables for breakfast, which is excellent and recommended. We stayed in a summer and instead of using air conditioning kept a window open, this was noisy.

There is no lift, this could be a problem for some. Location is not particularly attractive but fine for an overnight stay. All the restaurants nearby were closed, and airport facilities were the best option. No food is otherwise available in the evening.

The front desk staff were AMAZING. The women who checked us in was very helpful in helping us to find a place to eat; she eventually called the restaurant for us to make arrangements to have pizza delivered to the hotel for us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she provided us with a map showing directions for walking to the airport. The lobby of the hotel smelled of freshly baked cake, which she said we could try if we stayed for breakfast, but unfortunately we had to be at the airport by 3:00 a.m. When checking out, the nice man working the front desk provided us with two delicious pastries for breakfast. So thoughtful!

The proximity to OPO was so convenient for an early morning flight. The gentleman who checked us in and out was very kind and helpful, and despite our language barrier, we felt understood and welcomed. He even prepared a few treats for us to go since we didn't have time for breakfast. We all appreciated the hospitality, the hot water, the quietness, and the convenience.

The rooms are very small (though the bathrooms were good). Since we were only there for a quick night of sleep, it was fine. It was the end of our trip, and we were quite tired, so we would have loved an elevator.

This is a great place to stay. My room had everything I needed, beds and linens were nice, and the bathroom looked recently remodeled. There is a bar downstairs for drinks, light sandwiches and chips, and a lovely garden. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a ranked list of restaurants you can walk to in less than 10 minutes. Coffee and rolls are offered from 5am if you tell them in advance. Just a great spot!

Very close to the airport, staff was very friendly giving us some small snacks for the flight although we have not decided to take breakfast.

Too expensive for the size and standard of the room. Gladly we came only for night before early flight. Soap liquid was in a bottle which had pump not functioning and could not be used. Not exchanged after I mentioned this to the staff.

Great location, close walk to airport. The rooms were very basic and small, as expected at an airport. Very friendly member of staff gave us donuts to go. The children were very excited with breakfast that included local sweets and fruits. If I should ever sleep on Porto airport again, I'd definitely go for Singular!

The night clerk did speak only Portuguese, but we managed.

The property is very comfortable and cozy, the location is simply the best for those are just having an overnight in Porto because it’s just few steps from the airport. The bedroom and toilet were super clean, the staff was very sympathetic and gave good tips about places nearby. For sure, I super recommend and when having another overnight in Porto, I will stay here again.

- noise coming from staff in the rear part of ground floor. - water not getting really hot. But, for me and for only one night, was not a big problem, so will stay here again, for sure.

Rooms had everything you require, comfortable bed, nice shower, hair dryer, TV. Nice buffet breakfast (extra cost). 5 mins walk from airport and 2mins walk from nearest metro station if want to go into Porto or nice big shopping centre about half way. Staff very helpful with directions and information. Comfortable nights sleep so close to airport but heard nothing.
