Amazing staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. The location is great, easy walk to the beach, easy (and cheap) to UBER into central Porto or to catch the local bus. So close without all the people and noise. The breakfast is amazing, so much choice and constantly refreshed. We tried the restaurant twice for an evening meal and we were not disappointed. Again, the restaurant staff were unbelievable. The pool is a welcome break after being on the beach or walking around the magnificent Porto. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good AC (needed in the summer months) and have all the amenities that you need.

Just one thing and it's a personal preference. The bed was too hard for me! I felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. Great if you like firm mattresses. Unfortunately, I don't 😫

The hotel staff of this hotel is the best. A big shout out for them all. What happened? After checking out, I realised I couldn’t find my car key. We were looking everywhere but … nothing. We were already in hurry since we had a plain to catch from Porto airport. It was becoming more improbable for us to reach the airport on time with every minute that passed. A big shout out to the lady at the reception who, as soon as she found what was going on, contacted the maintenance staff in order to revise our rooms. Key was found. I hardly had any time to decently thank this amazing lady from the reception, hence here my review. (I never write them but this time I had to do it) You’re the best.

all of the accomodations were good. Breakfast was very good , many selections. Room was spacious with balcony overlooking pool area, very nice. Staff were extremely helpful in every aspect. Location also very good for both public transit as well as easy access to highways and geetting to the airport

the comfort of the bed, not very good. Always had the impression that we were sliding off the bed while sleeping!!! Pillows were either too big or too small and uncomfortable to sleep on. pool not heated, so not very comfortable to swim despite the outdoor heat.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet was Good with many options. The room was clean and it’s very near the airport. The lovely receptionist booked a local taxi for me to pick me up at 4:30am. They also provided a take away breakfast. Overall this was an excellent stay for one night to rest and recharge before traveling home. Don’t worry about the bad reviews some people shared, some people complain for no reason at all. This is a good hotel. A bit far from the centre but perfect for those traveling to the airport early in the morning.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this hotel with 3 teenagers. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast was top class. We used the gym and the pool which were perfect. The big screen in the hotel bar was great for watching sporting events. Staff were very friendly and helpful. MAR shopping centre close by was a big hit too.

The Air conditioner wasn't working on Friday. When I informed at the reception, they said it will be serviced only on Monday because of weekend. Monday, the service people came and rectified it.

Staff especially in kitchen and restaurant were simply excellent - couldn't be more helpful! Food for breakfast was excellent - evening menu was really good quality, tasty and very fairly priced. Cleanliness and facilities werecof a high standard.

We had breakfast and dinner but there was not too much variety. There’s a swimming pool but we didn’t use it as it was full. The location is perfect if you plan to go to the city with ubers/bolt and 25 minutes by foot from the sea

Great location as it's really accessible for the airport and the motorway. It's walkable to the beach, you're surrounded by supermarkets, you've got the Mar shopping centre over the road, and you can get the 601 bus directly into the centre of Porto (30 minutes) or the airport for €2.50. The breakfast was an all you can eat buffet with lots of nice choices. The staff were all really helpful and friendly and we were given advice and a map for exploring Porto centre. Great free parking with barrier control. The bed, sheets and pillows were really comfy and we slept very well. The temperature control in the room works well and is easy to switch between fan, heat or air con. They have generous shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The hotel needs updating in areas and is looking a bit tired. Our bathroom was perfectly fine but when you sit in the bath, you can see black dirt where the cleaners have consistently forgotten to clean. There are holes in the mattress and pillow protectors.

We were there for an event in Porto Iberanime, and we were very pleased with everything, it was walking distance to the location, had private parking for our car, and even served an amazing breakfast.
