I think the hotel corresponds to a three-star hotel quality in Portugal. The breakfast was good, lots of variety, the staff was really nice and helpful, the room was nice, comfy, clean and had everything we needed for a four-day trip. We even borrowed an iron from the reception as we are travelling to Porto for a wedding. The location of the hotel is great, right in front of a tram stop and there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets nearby and the beach is also within walking distance. Overall, I was very content with our stay at this hotel and would come back the next time we travel to Porto. I would recommend this accomodation to people that enjoy surfing as well and that want to avoid the tourist rush and be away a bit from the city centre.

The only negative aspect I can mention is the construction site right next to the hotel. The noise was very loud and during the weekdays they start at 8am. But we did not stay a lot in the room during our stay, so it was only bothering us in the morning. It is not something the hotel has an impact though, so I am not going to take points in my review because of that.

It was a very comfortable, quiet, one night stay with a generous sized room and views at the back of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having two pillows each. The bathroom was compact with a shower over a bath tub which was a great option after a day of long distance walking while on the Portugese Camino. There was plenty of room to store luggage, good size wardrobe with safe and mini-bar frig. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay with a great variety of food to be attempted by.

Nothing to do with our stay but for pilgrims on the Camino, the hotel did not have a stamp.

Great location. Breakfast was excellent 👌. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom good but a little awkward to navigate getting in and out of shower, but it did not detract from the experience.

Everything was fine, however 2nd night I returned about 9pm, and the doors would not open to hotel. I banged on doors and eventually the receptionist came out of lift. Unfortunately I had left my phone and wallet in the room, and had visions of sleeping outside for the night.

The staff are amazing so helpful from helping you get on the metro to booking taxi to the airport, happy helpful Any time the day or night, they speak English which is amazing, the cleaning staff amazing clean, happy people, the bed and pillows are so comfy and snuggly if I could have packed them in my case I would have!

The only thing I missed was a kettle, a option to have one in the room would be amazing

The metro is in front of the hotel, which you can easily use to get to the center. next to the hotel, different types of restaurants, 10 minutes to the coast... everything was as expected. At breakfast, there was something for everyone, very different, if something was missing, they brought and supplemented the buffet. friendly staff, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel when we didn't have a room yet and later when we had already left the room and still had time to catch the plane, which was late in the evening.

We had a room on the 9th floor. View, large room and location were great. Very good breakfast.

Windows need to be fixed.

Super slow WiFi - Staff wouldn't let us join the tables at breakfast even though the room was practically empty. The larger tables were occupied by just one person and they wanted our group to eat separately. After we insisted, they let us do it but we had to insist

This is an integral, honest and compassionate hotel/company, that I wholeheartedly recommend. My partner and I had a flight at 9pm which got delayed until midday the next day. I immediately had to book last minute accommodation, and during my frantic searching and stress I accidentally booked two rooms at this hotel instead of one (as booking.com said the first payment/booking didn't go through due to an error - when it really did). I immediately contacted the hotel through messages and calling but they didn't pick up and I was so insanely stressed. I was very worried that they wouldn't refund me as the booking details said no refund (and the receptionist suggested that they most likely wouldn't refund). However, when the help line opened at 10:30 am the following morning they messaged me right away with a full refund. So I just want to say a huge thankful for being so compassionate during such a stressful time! Now in terms of the hotel itself, it is super clean, the staff are all very friendly and the buffet breakfast is great! I sadly can't say much else as we were only in the area for one night due to the cancelled flight but just based on their customer service I would recommend them.

The location is great and facilities are nice. I enjoyed the breakfast with huge options and timing was also extensive.

Too much noise of traffic comes from outing, making it almost impossible to sleep. In bathroom there was only a hand wash so no soap, shampoo or toothpaste etc which is not fear with the pricing.
