The place was easy to find even though there's some narrow streets in Shepton Mallet. Check in was smooth and the use of the shared facilities was pleasant.

I would say teh parking situation could improve to be ale to park the car closer, especially when you travel for work and have a lot of baggage plus laptops to carry with you.Would have been safer to leave them in the car just outside the gate instead of in a neighbourhood parking lot

Room was good size. Location was very handy as close to the Metro and the main st. The staff were very helpful. Would be a great base for a few days with access to a big kitchen and dining area.

The lock was a faff and the room decor was a little tired. Would be unfair to say I didn't like it. Just an observation. A little expensive but Porto prices have shot up over the last few years.

The room was clean and comfortable, with adequate shared kitchen, dining, garden facilities. Following a security issue with a window on the original room I booked, the problem was resolved quickly, with an alternative room happily available.

I had arranged to leave my luggage on the day of checkout, til my transfer arrived in the afternoon,. However, no one replied to my calls/messages for further details about this. It was not clear whether I could leave luggage following checkout, or keep room an extra couple of hours. In the end I had to make other arrangements as I had no reply in time, before checkout day.

Great house! even there is a shared kitchen with everything you need (including baby chair on dinner room), There is a lot of places for breakfast or lunch very close. The Matosinhos beach is very close, you can reach it by foot. There super markets near also. Have everything you need specially if you are traveling as a family with a baby. We took the room with private bathroom and it was great!

Water pressure on shower..

The room was very comftable, we had space to put food and snacks into the fridge, freezer and cupboard which was nice. I don't understand the reviews saying they had a damp smell, our room smelled very good and the entire guesthouse was clean. The cleaning woman was very helpful, gave us clean towels and anything else we needed without a bother.

The pillows were very thin in my opinion. That's the only Downside I saw, the bed it's self was very comftable I am just use to thick pillows

Pretty small thing, but hugely appreciated – Smell in the room (aromatised or parfumised). Also, the soap and the shampoo are good quality and smell well:) Room itself cozy, clean. Felt like home. Bad is comfortable. Cannot find any reason to complain.

Not a problem at all: Location is close to the beach, but a bit far from the historic part of the city. We have arrived at night and had a couple of efforts to get to the hotel (the street and front yard were not lightened well).

I loved the automated check-in and check-out. The room was clean and beautiful. I loved the dining room. The kitchen had designed parts for the rooms so it doesn't get confusing. Really enjoyed how it was organized. It was close to the beach and also other landmarks.

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like.

location. location. location. Perfect to stop before going to the airport (had to leave at 4.30 am). And I could park just in front (I was really lucky!)

a little dump. no aircon or heater. I can imagine it would be really bad during winter time. it was raining and there wasn't a doormat.

The location was terrific for being in the midst of Matosinhos. It was very quiet, as it was located just off a main thoroughfare, which was great! The bed was super comfortable and the sheets of good quality. I was happy to have an ensuite bathroom.

I would have liked a teakettle in my room instead of having to go downstairs to the kitchen to boil water.

Cozy & well-kept space. Good location. Additional amenities like shared kitchen are handy. Easy check-in/out process via lockboxes with keys. The room is small but has a heat pump available which was very pleasing given colder evenings.

The room had slightly unpleasant damp smell, but I guess it was because of the cleaning – it was bearable.
