Beautifully done, gorgeous and staff was attentive and professional. My only complaint was that the tile around pool and bathroom was very slippery. I fell in the spa waiting for a massage, my partner broke his toe falling from pool to outside door and next day I saw another lady do the same and then we had another fall on the tile in bathroom!

The breakfast was fantastic. The service was very friendly and professional. The room with sea view was very nice. Location was also very fine and useful. More quiet than in city centre but easy to access Porto centre by bus. Also close to the airport.

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, 20 min from the center by Uber, and located by Foz do douro. The ocean view is lovely and so much possibility for walking along the beach. The breakfast provided is top notch and very easy to find something that suits your taste. The staff were lovely and always helpful !

If you book the hotel via Booking.com, parking will not be included & you have to pay 25 Euros per day for parking the car, if your reservation is done thru their website then you can request for a parking. Look into it beforehands. You will also be charged 100 Euros refundable deposit upon checking into the hotel. I found the whole concept with the snack bar unnecessary. Instead of that I would have liked a fridge with better storage, since the fridge we had was so small and could not fit anything else than the snackbar drink items.

The people in Porto are amazing, genuinely kind and very lovely with foreigners. We feel very welcome and the swimming pool is perfect , we truly enjoyed even though after your checkout they let you enjoyed the swimming pool for a bit longer.

I feel the price could seem a bit too much for being Portugal, also we thought they could pick up us from the airport , it wasn't the case. They told us the service of calling a cab it was almost twice than just using Bolt or Uber. So this is not worth it , call your own Uber is more worth it. Is not against the personal just politics of the hotel, still very nice experience in Porto

One of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in Portugal. I had the unforgettable opportunity to celebrate my birthday at a Michelin-starred restaurant, which made the experience even more special. The view from the property was stunning, the service was outstanding, and every detail exceeded my expectations. The pool area was beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing, and the massages were incredibly soothing and rejuvenating. Everything was top-notch. A truly exceptional place – I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Seriously everything ! One of the rare hotels that you really feel home as if you are living in your own palace with a big family spirit. Special thanks to : Rita & Bruno in reception , the two Tiago + Andre in valet , Paulo in the bar , and Giovani in guest Relation. They are all polite & kind , caring from their hearts, genuine & efficient. Back to the property : The sea view is stunning. Renovation is neat & well designed. the Shattaf in the toilets is a plus.

The only little negative minor point is the marble floor in shower & around pool is slippery. Also I wish they provide electric bikes not normal to adapt with Porto street slopes.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel, with a lovely terrace, amazing little restaurant and the Ocean view. Exceptional breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant. Tea time with scones. Our room was in the new building, not the main historical maison, but we loved it - the size of the room, the terrace with the sea view, easy access to the spa downstairs. The toiletries in the room are very nice. The spa area is beautiful.

I felt the younger staff members could have had a bit of extra training in accommodating guests needs and communication. Otherwise, I loved everything!

I came to Porto to celebrate my birthday. I chose between two special hotels to make my birthday extra special. Unfortunately, I was not noticed by the administration and no one brought a cake with a candle. Although the day before I had stayed at another luxury 5-star hotel and received incredible attention from them, starting with a verbal greeting, changing the room to a higher category, a surprise in the room - a bottle of champagne, and for breakfast they brought a piece of cake with a candle! Unexpected birthday eve surprise, unfortunately Vila Foza doesn't give anything like that to their guest on birthday, instead they could be more considerate asking for passport or ID cards during check-in confirmation. Very helpful girls in the breakfast room, I really sincerely thank them for their helpfulness. The food is delicious. By the way, very friendly concierge, greeted us in my native language! Best wishes to him 😇 I really liked the pleasant communication etiquette felt from the valet parking boy 😎

I just happened upon an administrator who did not pay attention to details. Although the hotel seems to pay a lot of attention to the guest... but not this time.

Staff / location … the staff was wonderful, very clean and good food

Tried to give me a tiny attic room that was hot and you had to duck to get in the closet . I was there for 12 days and I was not made priority despite that. I asked to switch rooms and I got a much better room but not the view I paid for. The rooms were very hot and I had to request for more AC which worked sometimes
