I loved staying in this hotel. From exceptional service and staff cordiality to amazing cleanliness of the hotel. Every single member of staff exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel by far. I’ve e been in 4 and 5 stars hotels and the services and staff were not this good. They changed clean and crisp sheets EVERY SINGLE DAY and cleaned spotless the room and bathroom. I needed hot water at night for my tea almost every night and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I needed to keep artisan stuff I bought in the fridge and they kept it for me. Always with a big smile and so much professionalism, day and night. They deserve a pay rise and they should work in 5+ star hotels. I regret I didn’t take any photos.

I liked the breakfast. The only downsize is the variety. But being a 3 star hotel one cannot ask for more. Very very clean throughout and the food fresh.

This is an underrated 3 star hotel, better than most 4 stars hotels across Europe. Very nice hotel, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean rooms, extremely kind and professional staff. We had asked for a quiet room, far from the elevators and other sources of noise, we were given exactly that---a very quiet and pleasant stay. Fully recommended.

The location, albeit still fine, is not very close to the Valongo center (about 20 min walk).

The location is slightly outside of Porto but a 10 minute Uber ride gets you everywhere! The rooms were very clean and the price difference is worth staying here instead of in the city centre. The room was very very clean and was cleaned everyday !

Not enough plug sockets in the room.

The hotel doesn't have that many facilities but is near a coffee shop and a great restaurant which compensates for it.

The overall area is hard on the eyes. The hotel is right in front of an abandoned construction site. Having said that once you are inside the hotel you feel safe and the rooms are excellent an the air conditioning is exceptional.

The staff were very polite and kind, especially Mr. Marcio, who was working in the kitchen, he made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast was good but I think it could be improved. Maybe add some fresh fruit and some different types of eggs on request.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were big and very confortable. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The room could have a mini fridge. Also the curtain in the shower makes it very difficult to have a shower.

The excellent reception staff and warm welcome, Joanna recommended us the best river beaches in Porto, at the exit we left the room 20 minutes late because the childrens they didn't want to wake up, the house keeping It was very tender and told us to take my time, Thanks to Nadia who was of saying goodbye to us,

Little variety at breakfast and expensive

Modern hotel with western Europe standards. Comparing to other hotels in Portugal it is excelent. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with hot water all the time. Very clean. The smell in the room is also good. The room has ventilation, so, you do not need to open a window. The blanket was fully covered so your bed is perfetly clean. Very big room, you have enough space to keep your things. The breakfast was also good (tastey food, fresh fruits, normal coffee - not nescafe). Location is perfect for those who travel by car.

Soundproofing from outside needs improving. You can hear the cars passing through even with closed window.

Private parking. Spacious rooms. Great air con. Very clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.

Quite a long way from the centre, 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop is just round the corner. If you have a car, it is much easier to get the bus than trying to negotiate the busy roads in the centre of Porto.
