It’s a lovely place that is tucked away in a family compound. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. A lovely breakfast was served to us in their day room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the patio. It was an easy drive to downtown Porto.

The lights over the bed are too bright, reading lights would be appreciated. Also the TV is very small and mounted too high up the wall. The inn is a little hard to find and poor signage. Theses are only small things and this place is really lovely. Pride of ownership is evident. We would stay there again.

Amazing staff! Very helpful and kind. Room was extra clean. Bed was very comfortable and soft I slept like a baby. I didn’t hear anything through the walls. We tried breakfast two times. Affordable and tasty! Lots of options to choose from. Whole area was very nice! During our stay we asked for an iron and new towels - zero problems. If u want to get to the Porto city centre uber/bolt costs max 8€ so also convenient option!

What we loved most about Villarit Porto was the perfect blend of charm and warmth. The property has a unique, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. Every corner of the space feels thoughtfully designed, capturing the beauty and spirit of Porto. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. The team was so welcoming, kind, and attentive to every detail, making us feel like we were part of the family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Also — breakfast was delicious ❤️

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about our stay – everything was perfect!

Everything was amazing- the attention to detail was wonderful and service was incredible. So helpful and personal. I went with my daughter and we felt safe as the property gated and relaxed. This place is a hidden gem. It was super clean and the breakfast was wonderful and we had the option as to were we would like to have it , in the room free of charge, an outdoor seating area or poolside and we choose this and it was perfect in every way. Soft croissants, fresh bread, cappuccino fruit and yogurt granola and the most wonderful freshly squeezed juice. Honestly book this place you won’t be disappointed nothing was too much trouble for this family run business. We will be back. :-)

Large room, fantastic breakfast, super nice staff , easy location to visit Porto . Naar highway but no negative impact . The house is decorated with a lot of good taste and sense for details, as is the service!

Lounge seats at the swimming pool a bit worn down. Perhaps a bit more green needed in the garden ( in order to hide order appartments and housing)

The property is so elegant and chic. We enjoyed our stay here so much, although didn’t get a chance to use the pool due to the weather. The location was ideal for us as we had a car and went to Douro valley on one of the days, and driving into the city was less than 10 mins (plenty of affordable parking in the city). Also took an Uber for around €7 each way on some evenings. The bedroom and bathroom are lovely and spotless, comfortable bed, small terrace and lovely breakfast room. Pedro and his family are so welcoming with great recommendations for restaurants and further travel. Parking at the hotel was also very simple.

Thank you very much to the all Villarit Porto team for having a great time at your hotel. It was clean, quiet, delicious and peaceful. Special thanks to Pedro, all the recommendations on beautiful places and delicious restaurants exceeded our expectations. If we're going to Porto again, we'll definitely come back. Muito obrigado!

Spacious room with a spa bath and a private outdoor space. Loved the communal lounge area. Breakfasts were great. While it was away from the centre of the city, with a car it was only 15 mins to get to the centre. It was also easy to make day trips Excellent staff.

Would have been good to have somewhere to put clothes.

We had a car so the parking within a gated area was fantastic! We drove into Lisbon in 15 min, parked at the parking garage no problems. Loved the peacefulness of leaving the business behind in Lisbon. Room was wonderful, we didn’t get to use the pool! Next time!

Hmm 🤔 Husband likes air flow so he would like a fan.

We came only for 1 night and enjoyed every minute! The staff is very friendly, helping in any way, the place itself like an oasis of beauty! Very good breakfast, that you choose from a menu. You also choose the time and the place: in your room, beside the pool... We loved the family feeling that you get from that family in every aspect! Thank you!
