The hosts were outstanding! From the moment we arrived Mario was so helpful with securing dinner reservations as well as advising us where to go and what to see in Porto the next day. He also advised us on public transportation options and how to get tickets. The next day his cousin Pedro helped again with securing dinner reservations and both nights the food was exceptional. The hosts made the place spectacular.

The hotel is really a basic facility so if you are planning on spending a lot of time in the room it is not the hotel for you. The rooms were comfortable but very basic. The toilet was located awkwardly.

This place exceeded all our expectations! It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the Porto Continent Train Station, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We arrived with two bicycles and needed a secure spot for them that evening. Upon our arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They provided us with a locked indoor area for our bikes and recommended a breathtaking spot to watch the sunset, along with a fabulous restaurant just a few blocks away. The next morning, a new wave of friendly staff welcomed us, and they were just as exceptional as the night crew. It's hard to understand how this place only has one star; everything was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we could easily darken our room at any time. The breakfast was delightful, and the hospitality truly stood out! This hotel is a hidden gem, and we can't recommend it highly enough!

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the train station. We arrived early before our checkin time and thought to store our luggage at the hotel. Daniel at the front desk told us our room was ready and allowed us to checkin early for the one night that we were staying. He asked about our travels and we informed him that it was our first time in Porto. He proceeded to pull out a map of the city and circle the things we should see and go to on our short visit. Daniel was very personable and welcoming. The room had 4 twin size beds. Very clean and plenty of hot water in the shower. No elevator, just stairs, but we were ok since we only had small suitcases. Small restaurants next door and nearby that were still open when we got back to the hotel around 10pm in case we got hungry

Very comfortable, clean, and 1min away from main trains, trams, and buses. Staff was courteous. No problem getting some nights of good sleep. Lots of (nice) places to eat and shop nearby. Aircon quite effective and easy to use. CP Miradouro trains available at this station. Toilet isn't cramped, like in some places that look better. Direct tram (Metro do Porto) to the airport, 40-50 min ride

Excellent location, close to metro/train station and just a 5 minute walk to the bus station. As we arrived by Metro and were departing on a bus we needed to be near both! Local cafes, bakeries and a lovely restaurant where we had an excellent evening meal. Very easy to find. The room was beautifully fresh with neutral decoration. The shower room was immaculate, with fluffy towels, soap/shampoo provided. There was also a hairdryer and a USB charge point in shower room.

As we were travelling in December, we hadn’t appreciated how cold the evenings would be in Portugal. There was an air heater in the bedroom, but an extra quilt or blanket would have been a great addition to offer in this room at this time of year!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides basic lodging, but comfortable rooms and convenient location for bus, train, or taxi into town and beyond. Great room rate and taxis very helpful into town sites from the hotel. We preferred the taxis over trains. Surprisingly quiet in evening despite being so close to bus/train station.

Morning traffic out to get to city can be backed up, nut you're at where the locals are. Nothing bad.

A good hotel just accross the road from the Campanha railstation. Clean, good reception and bar. Staff very helpfull. Arrival early was no problem, used the facilities and left our luggage. Plenty of towels and good hot water. Reception staff spoke English and free WIFI . A good stay for overnight arrival and use of the rail station early. Taxi to the centre of Porto 10€ (Uber less 50%) and easliy accessible as taxi stand at the station. 10 minutes to the riverfront

The toilet / shower room was fine for us but very small and crampedAgain all rooms accessed by two flights of stairs, with handrail. Early morning staff spoke no English but quickly translated via their mobile phone and booked a taxi to the airport.

The location of this hotel can't be beat, it's right across from the transit station, as well as next to several local restaurants. Also, the staff were super friendly and very informative on all the different things to see and do in Porto. We had a great stay and would book with this hotel again.

Very clean room, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The double bed is big and comfortable. The localization is very good, near to the underground and the train stations. It was an amazing value for money.

You can hear the noise of the other guests when they are entering/leaving their rooms. The door of the restroom of our room couldn't totally close.

The location is very close to train snd bus station for onward travel. The breakfast had a good selection of cereals, meats and cheese. In general the hotel is much better than its 1 star rating. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. Unfortunately due to the design and age of the building there is no elevator which could be a problem for disabled guests.
