Check-in was simple & uneventful. Suite was spacious, spotless, modern & smart. Closet proved to be rather handy, Bathroom was smart & technologically advanced. A pleasant decorative experience despite an archaic, multicoloured eye-torturing sofa/sleeper couch in the lounge area. Huge balcony with lovely views of Stuttgart. Looks newish & a breath of fresh air in a continent renowned for mediocre accommodation. Nonetheless, light years behind standards in the Arabian gulf & the far east. Even South Africa maintains better standards.

Pillows were awful & mattresses not the most comfortable. Two single beds strung together with a gaping chasm between them is their version of a double bed. Rooms will only get serviced if requested via an iPad - sophisticated nonsense! Anyway & after requesting, 3 of the 4 rooms were not serviced on day 1. Service levels vacillated from poor to non - existent. Few visible staff (perhaps others were invisible) were polite & friendly - a perfect example of smiles without service. Breakfast was basic & below par. Believe it or not - may actually stay here again - a sad reflection of available alternatives. So pathetically European...

The staff were highly professional and supportive. A big shout-out to Felix and Tanja( I am not sure if I got the name right). My family and I booked the Baseline room for a few nights, and the AC wasn’t at its best on the first night. Felix and his beautiful colleague (Tanja) looked for the best way to support us and make us feel so comfortable by upgrading us to Offbeat Suite 🙌, it was mind-blowing. Thank you so much, Felix. You are amazing 🙇🙇❤️🩵. Thank you, Tanja. Your smile is so contagious. We will visit again soon. Love from Lagos, Nigeria

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, room was large and comfortable, excellent burger and steaks in restaurant, bar had wide range of whisky and rum including some rarities and the barman was friendly, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. I had chosen the hotel in part because the bar had been advertised as superior to a 'standard' hotel offering and I was not disappointed. Convenient for main station and local public transport (U/S-bahn).

it's not the most charming location (part of a shopping centre complex) but that can't be helped (and would be useful for shoppers i suppose).

Great service and a huge balcony—this place would be amazing in summer. The room has just the right level of modernity, without being overly tech-heavy, making the stay very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower has great water pressure and temperature. The overall design was inspiring and gave me some great renovation ideas. The location is convenient, though it’s a bit of a walk from the train station.

The only minor downside is that it’s not two proper double beds—one is a sofa bed. Also, it would be even better if coffee and other essentials were replenished at the door daily

Jaz in the City is in a perfect location to explore Stuttgart. Trains, bus and underground light rail are all very close by. The hotel room js very modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped - and we particularly loved the shower that gives you the option of rainfall or hand held settings. Another highlight was the gorgeous rooftop deck where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over this beautiful city. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Stuttgart.

The hotel is very nice. Room was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. It is located only a block away from a metro stop, so convenient for travel. There's a shopping mall next to the hotel so if you need any supplies, you can shop there. It's not in a very interesting part of town, so you do use the metro a lot.

The only downside, and it's not a major one, is that it's in a rather sterile part of town, with a shopping mall, the hotel, and offices, but no fun cafes or sights to see, and very few people actually on the streets. So we just hopped on the metro stop to go elsewhere.

The hotel is in a modern style, large room size, convenient location, near the metro, easy access to the city center. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. Comfortable bed. It's all clean. I liked the hotel, we recommend it.

Parking is located across a busy road, not on site. The red lighting in the elevator is a little scary and causes a sense of danger, after changing the color of the backlight, clarity of what is happening comes :).

Room was a great size. Facilities such as coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer etc. Also the bathroom was great as it had a lovely shower. Staff were lovely and helpful. Checking in was easy to do with the self check in machine. There is a rooftop bar which is great too.

Room was pretty clean however as everything is white it was easy to see the marks and stains on the headboard of the bed and on the walls. I'm sure these had been cleaned but it made some areas of the room/bed look a little unkept.

New modern hotel with excellent designer rooms! I really liked the spa, there are 2 saunas, 60° with aroma and the usual 90°, there is also a steam room. I was pleased that in the building next to the hotel there is a large shopping mall. In general, an excellent hotel with a spa, in a modern area and close to the train station. I highly recommend it!

The only downside was the lack of robes and slippers in the room. You could only take them in the spa. Overall, it was a very positive impression of the hotel!
