I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendliness and professionalism. The check-in was smooth and efficient, and everything about the service felt thoughtful and genuine. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room was quiet throughout. I really appreciated the attention to detail with the amenities and the overall cleanliness, which exceeded my expectations.

Why oh why do places have these complicated WiFi login systems. Just provide the normal network and password for goodness sake.

Expected a run down hotel, being old and in the center of the town but it was surprisingly well kept, super-friendly and attentive staff, and the location couldn't have been better.

Was a bit unlucky with wifi connection in the room. Good wifi bandwidth but 30% of the room was outside of coverage. But suspect we just were unlucky with the distance with the room from the router.

The room had a fridge, a large bed, was spacious and airy with a nice big window. The aircon worked perfectly and the staff were lovely. The room was cleaned well and the location very central.

I found the smell of the soaps used unpleasant and the shower didn't have much power in it however, other than that, the stay was perfectly reasonable.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Location great walking distance to pharmacies, kioskos (small stores), and places to eat. Also, walking distance from touristic spots. Felt pretty much safe. It is not a fancy area because it's the microcentro, but it is a nice area within the microcentro. The room is simple, nice for a short stay.

Super comfy and clean! Beautiful hotel. Luis worked hard to fix the error Booking.com made so we could be comfortable before a long flight home.

Booked a family room with 2 full sized beds but booking.com’s description of the family room didn’t match the hotel’s, so they had us in a room with a queen bed only (not ok for a family of 4). After some sweet talk, Luis was able to get us a room that worked for us (he probably upgraded us). Almost a disaster at 11PM before a 30 hrs flight! Also, the location wasn’t the best for families - lots of sex shops right outside and a “professional” going to a room as we arrived - not a great first impression.

The location is very convenient. Everything is at walking distance. We liked the cleanliness of the rooms. We had as small balcony where we could see the activity on the streets.

We didn’t like that the queen size bed had a hard division in the middle that felt uncomfortable when sleeping. The noise of cars crossing the streets.

I stayed 2 times there and both times it was in a quiet room. Right in the heart of the ciry. Very confortable, excelent decoration. Excelent!

They don't have a restorant but do give a discount if someone wants to have breakfast in a fine café some meters away.

The cleaning ladies were really helpful and the airconditioning worked properly. The location is very central. From the staff, Jorge was very nice, helpful and kind to me - gracias!

Other than Jorge and the cleaning staff, the staff was not that nice. They charged me an additional rate without any receipts! The water was also not working in one of the days.

Location of the hotel couldn't be better, three blocks away from the Obelisco. We were really impressed by the staff, everyone was always nice and attentive. We had a great stay and will come back whenever we're in town again!

The building is a bit old and the beds could be more comfortable, but for the price it was more than ok.
