Absolutely beautiful hotel top to bottom. Excellent service with every single staff member we encountered, helpful, courteous and happy to accommodate. We stayed in a suite which was beyond description. Besides being very clean with an extremely comfortable bed, the surrounding setting was extraordinary.

The only, and I stress ONLY issue that disqualified this hotel from receiving 5 stars from us was the food which consistently disappointed us for the entire 4 days we were there. It simply did not match the level of excellence that the rest of this hotel possesses.

The hotel is built literly into the forest. Group of buildings with suspended wooden bridges between them at the trees hight. Birds and other animals are often viewed from the room or bridges and the sounds are fantastic Aside the Naipi restaurant food and service, this hotel deserve to get a grade of 12 out of 10. The room is large and very comfortable. Staff are attentive, helpfull and pleasant and even speaks good English The warm adult pool is superb and gave us great pleasure in the afternoons after the park activities

We ate dinner twice in Naipi restaurant plus 2 breakfasts With regards to dinner, the food cooking was below average in our opinion and yet very expansive. Dont order ceasar salad since its not even close to what this salad should be. Meet was ok, we got the fish cold, and the wok dish was terrible. Service was very slow, and not attentive In our first breakfast they did not warm up the egg and bacon serving pots so it was completely cold. The standard of the restaurant is far below everything else in the hotel We tried once the pool bar and were dissapointed with the cocktails we got. Our advice is to avoid food in the hotel.

The location was amazing. It felt like we were in a treehouse in the jungle. It was serene, calm and you could hear the birds, insects. The junior suite we were in had ceiling to floor windows on two sides and the view of the jungle was amazing.It was expansive. The spa was amazing and I had a massage both evenings. There were several pools to use.

The food was not up to par at all. For a hotel this beautiful and expensive, the food was a significant shortcoming. The red wines were kept in a very cold refrigerator and did not taste good. This was disappointing given that Argentina is famous for its Malbecs.

The pools and views were amazing, set among lush trees and beautiful nature. We really appreciated the on-site spa. the massage was excellent and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with high-quality ingredients and fresh baked goods. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. A special mention to Adan, the hotel driver who took us around for four days, he was fantastic and made our stay even more memorable.

The room had a slight mildew smell when we arrived—probably just due to it being low season and the AC being off for a while. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth noting.

The pools: variety and adults only pool was a great touch. The food: in the restaurants that you pay for, was great. The staff: were all a pleasure to interact with. Very friendly, professional and efficient. In person, they dealt with queries promptly. They knew we were celebrating our honeymoon and took the time to lay some fruit out and a card for our arrival. So thoughtful! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Not much we didn’t like :) but Cleanliness: our room was at a lower level and at the edge of the building near the jungle so was quite humid and smelt of damp when we first arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk and they resolved the issue by the time we got back. Decor: it’s classic and tidy, but lacked a bit of character. The rooms felt a bit dated could do with any upgrade, but the main facilities were beautifully kept and comfortable. Laundry service: was more expensive than we expected!

This is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. It is beautiful but still natural. It feels like it belongs here. Decorated with natural woods and stones and blending into the jungle, Loi Suites has every creature comfort and luxury you could want while harmonizing perfectly with its surroundings. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. They will do whatever they can to help tailor your experience here to exactly what you want and need. They have drivers that can take you wherever you need to go...at reasonable rates. They will help you purchase tickets to any of the nearby attractions and activities. Then you can come back at the end of a (very hot) day and relax in the pools, in your balcony watching the coati scamper thru the jungle, or on the restaurant terrace overlooking the grounds. I don't give excellent reviews. I believe most places merely meet expectations. This place is a true paradise.

I had an extremely positive experience at this hotel. The services provided are top-notch, but what really stands out is the staff. They are incredibly professional, polite, and always attentive to the needs of the guests. Every interaction with them was pleasant and efficient, which made my stay much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The services and the staff's attention are excellent. However, there is a small drawback: the hotel's location is in an area where there is no cell phone signal. Fortunately, the hotel's wifi network is extremely good, which largely compensates for the lack of signal. Despite this detail, my overall experience was positive, and I would recommend the hotel for its quality and service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its stunning surroundings and top-notch facilities. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The pool areas were absolutely breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful setting.

However, the food was a bit of a letdown. The quality didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s high standards, which was disappointing. If the dining experience were improved, this would be a truly exceptional place to stay.

The hotel is amazing, this was my third time staying here and is nice to see each time things have been renewed or maintained. Location is really good, specially if you have a car. Staff is really good and nice.

The restaurant is pretty bad. Service is very slow (one hour for a starter while there only four other guests). Food was quite bad (mine was burnt, see pic) and the descriptions are a little bit too pretentious for what is being served (for example saying that it has a creamy avocado as part of the plate but is just a couple of decorative drops).

I spent two nights there and it was kind of at the last minute. I'm not sure I've ever been to a hotel this beautiful - it's like its own little rainforest. It is so well designed, truly unique. Pools are beautiful, staff is extremely friendly, rooms are well designed. A luxury experience.

They had issues with my payment. For some reason, after I left, they told me that it turned out my credit card didn't go through, so I had to download Western Union to send them cash. I was not double billed.
