From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The handsome manager, Bilal, went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure any questions or requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and the highway.. Overall, I was very impressed with the hospitality and the personal touch provided by Bilal and his team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brantford and plan to stay again in the future.

The location was great. The concierge at the hotel, his name was Bilal. He was the most friendliest, helpful person I have ever met at a hotel. I had called a couple of times before our arrival for information. When we arrived he knew who we were, and was expecting us and welcomed us very warmly. He took such great care of us and explained everything to us. My husband and I have never had this kind of treatment. Bilal made our stay perfect. I would definitely stay there again because of Bilal. Every hotel needs a Bilan. He was amazing! Thank you

I really liked that they accommodated us to a downstairs room as I booked the wrong room. When we walked in, we couldn't believe how clean and beautiful the bathroom was. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows and the t.v were awesome!! We also had a walk out patio doors that was gorgeous. My fiance and I will definitely be returning to this hotel. We loved our stay! I highly recommend that you stay here and see for yourself. Thank you so much comfort in for making our stay great!

Very clean, attentive staff. They clean the rooms daily which is wonderful.

When we got our slip for check out, I paid significantly more than my friends who stayed in their own rooms (same number of days, same pets, same everything.) Significantly more meaning about $150CAD more over 3 nights. That, to me, is unacceptable. I won't be using booking.com again due to this.

This location was central to everything; but still very quiet; no street noise. My room was very clean and comfortable. Deborah at the front desk was friendly, very helpful and professional. Thank you Deborah. Looking forward to my stay again in December.

A bit softer mattress. Ours was quite hard. The tub/taps was old and should have been updated when they did the rest of the bathroom.

Very quick check in, reservation was in order so no issues. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. I really like the sliding glass doors on the main floor for ease of loading stuff into and out of the room.

That you don't tidy the room and change towels except every third day. We didn't notice the sign in the room and wondered why nobody had cleaned the room after our first night.

Great location. Fast free WiFi. Clean, airconditioned room. Separate entrance for customers. Fridge with no bar, meaning kids had nothing to consume, haha. My friend who was supposed to pick me up for stuck in traffic and the place accommodated me with late check-out free of charge. Fantastic staff. Pleasant stay. Recommend 100%.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great location if you want to be in central Brantford. Express checkout was very convenient, parking was plentiful.

The staff were excellent, very appreciative of their being helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms, and the drive up rooms are excellent for me.
