Super special thanks to Beyaz that assisted us with any request we had! My stay at the Warner Bros. Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, was absolutely exceptional! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the hotel was impressive. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, offering a wide variety of food to suit every taste. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel’s atmosphere was unique and immersive, with fantastic Warner Bros. theming throughout. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, adding to the overall outstanding experience. From the top-notch facilities to the impeccable service, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel exceeded my expectations almost in every way. It has a very convenient location, close to all the attractions on Yas Island. The room was very clean and well-maintained.

The kids' swimming pool was closed until February, and we were not informed about this beforehand, which was disappointing.

The hospitality, and almost everything

It would be better for the people who are going to Yas water world to provide a golf cart. It will more convenient and comfy specially to a group of family members. Plus, for the breakfast it would be better to close at 12:00 pm.

It was the best vacation in my life!!! Great hotel, its a dream for every child! We have been on vacation with 3 boys , 11, 12 , and 15 years old. It was not cheap to stay 5 nights in hotel and pay for 2 connected rooms , but its worth it. We enjoyed every minute in this hotel and eccess in 4 parks. everything is nearby. everynight i was with husband on roof floor , swam and drank beer. You can relax and enjoy of night life in Abu dhabi, children swam in hotels swimming pool and watched Warner Brothers cartoons. Good wi-fi in hotel, teasty breakfast, good organized jobb in all hotel. Well-chosen staff, everyone is very hospitable! Very comfortable beds and lux bed clothers . Hilton WB curio you are great! I recomment it to everyone! Our vacation was real paradies! GOOD LUCK!!!

Very beautiful hotel, its closeness to the amusement parks

The food smell from the buffet restaurant in the first floor is overpowering the lobby which is creating a really bad odor. And the tickets provided with the stay to the parks are regular pass when i believe for the price we are paying for the accommodation should be fast pass, like the package i got when I booked my stay at dubai parks lapita hotel it was included with the stay 4 parks tickets fast pass daily for all parks for all guests and the accommodation price at WB hotel & lapita are similar

The location right next to Warner Brothers and Yas Waterworld cannot be beaten (both just a couple of minutes walk) The pool area is great with a lovely swim up bar and cartoons playing on loop on the big screen. It was very quiet when we were there during the day. Film nights at the pool are also fun. The free theme park tickets were very good and meant no queues on arrival.

Breakfasts were super busy when we were there with lots of seemingly unattended children running around screaming. I would recommend the Directors Club on the ground floor if your kids are slightly older (mine are 8 and 12) which was a more pleasant breakfast experience. I found breakfast at Sidekicks on the first floor a horrendous start to the day although probably ok if you have young kids.

Staff were so helpful, friendly and great with children. The characters in the hotel make the experience super special and the convenience of being close to the parks makes the stay easy with a small family. You can literally walk to the WB World or Las Waterpark.

The bus service to the parks (Seaworld/Ferrari world) is a good thing to have in place but I found the drivers less than helpful. At busy times there were people pushing and asking its of questions about the bus drop off locations it was not a good experience with little children and no management of the queue. I also had a buggy and had to ask the driver multiple times to open the area on the bus where I could store it before getting on the bus.

Our experience at the Warner Brothers Hotel in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions, including the Warner Brothers theme park, making it incredibly convenient for families. Dear all, It was a facinating experience. Theme parks, hotel, restraurant was amazing. I have to mention two personel specially: Beyaz from reception: Doing job and performing perfectness are different and she teach us in both ways. Even a person in reception can change whole experience. She never leave us alone and solved all the things coming through. Finally she prensent a small surprise to our boy that makes his day. Thanks Beyaz for all your hospitality, kindness and amazing experience. Gary from sidekick: I don't know where to start. An open buffet experience can not much personalized. He appeared suddenly to cook us a special soup as his speciality. I have never tasted something that special. I also provided information about my diettery needs that arr crutial for me.
