I had the most wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay! The hotel's staff is truly outstanding, providing top-notch service that made me feel right at home. Not to mention, the hotel itself is a gem, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. The location in BAY SQUARE is simply fantastic. With its charming array of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and more, everything I needed was right at my fingertips. This added so much convenience and charm to my stay. Thank you to the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay for a memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

You need to be vigilant as you approach the hotel's entrance along the service road, or you might overlook it.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. They were able to give us our room earlier than the normal 15:00 check-in. The hotel is not too far from the Dubai Mall, which meant we could simply take a walk to get there. Spending New Year's Eve at the hotel was the added bonus. We were able to capture the spectacular Burj Khalifa Fireworks celebration from the street, in this way we avoided the crowded areas around the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall area. The hotel also had a new years dinner party for the guest which made the evening extra special. The concierge at the front desk assisted us in getting taxis to destinations we were looking to visit which made travelling great. Breakfast and Dinner was always well catered for with a variety of spreads always being available.

Special thanks to the lady at the reception with warm cookies! The location is good, 15 minutes walk to Dubai mall and Burj if you are used to walking instead of traffic. There is also a great food store and a pharmacy right behind the hotel. The pool is small but still a nice place to relax when it is too hot to go anywhere. The continental breakfast was good with variety of choices. Our room wasn’t very big but with a big bed and a couch for the kids. We didn’t go to the beach as we stayed only for 3 nights for sightseeing, there is always a taxi out front and you can go anywhere.

The location was good. It was really good for families (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Surrounding shops at the back (no sight of construction work). Those cookies at reception were delicious! The hotel should be classed as a 5 star, not 4.

Unfortunately there is no shuttle service to any mall or attraction. Sometimes there are taxis waiting outside, if not then calling an Uber is best.

Love the staff. Shout out to Sara, Sweta, Flavio, Alvina, Manoj, Taha who made me and my family feel like we had a home away from home. We had the half-board deal which proved to be an amazing deal for a family of four. Breakfast is impeccable. Dinner...lovely which some nights are dedicated to a particular food/region with a buffet which is very tasty. Swimming pool is great. Great well sized and equipped gym. There is also a health spa/massage. It was a delightful stay as my first in Dubai. The position of the hotel is close to the Burg and Dubai mall and is really easy to catch transport/cab. Special thanks to Grace the front desk manager for her hospitality and generosity. Highly highly recommended place to stay. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Communication with the reception team was effortless from booking to check - in/out. Room was clean & spacious. The team gave us a room with one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was yummy and always offered a wide variety of dishes. Welcome cookies and water in the room ❤️ All staff were friendly and very welcoming throughout our stay. Location was superb! Easily walked to the Dubai Mall & Burj view at the top (entrance in Dubai Mall) 30mins or less. Will definitely return to this hotel when we decide to visit Dubai again. A big thank you for making our 1st stay in Dubai a memorable one!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—special thanks to Brendon, Sreya, Rodaina (Careline Operator), and the kind gentleman at the outer gate. Not to forget Ahmad Albanna from the Hilton DoubleTree Call Center for his helpful support. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. It offers easy access to the city’s major attractions while still feeling like a quiet, relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle. What really stood out to me about the property was its modern, stylish design paired with practical comforts. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a great layout that made it easy to work and relax. I especially appreciated the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light and offered a great view of the city skyline. The hotel amenities were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and clean, and the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including international and local dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. DoubleTree by Hilton at Business Bay has truly become my go-to place whenever I’m in Dubai for Business and vacation. The location is perfect, close to everything you would need to visit here. But what really makes it special is the team. The hospitality is on another level, always welcoming, thoughtful, and professional. Huge thanks Mohamed our friend in the restaurant, for always going above and beyond. He’s the heart of the place and makes it feel like home every time! And thanks to Sweta, Sara, Shreedwar, Nasim and everyone!

Location is amazing in terms of proximity to dubai mall and business stores. The hotel is super clean, super family-friendly, breakfast is amazing. They have a shisha lounge where you can be with your kids by the pool, I think the only place in downtown dubai that allows that. Big Plus... and the cookie we received when checking-in, it was out of this world.

The traffic is terrible between 5 and 9 pm so avoid these times and you will be fine. The entry to the hotel is through a very specific lane and if you miss it, you have to circle the entire block again, and if you're stuck in traffic, it's another 20 min wasted. Avoid renting a car there. Or just avoid the traffic hours. The elevators have a nice plank that tells what floors have what facilities, but the writing has faded and you can't read half of it. They need to be replaced
