It is very smart and Luxurious with modern furniture. The staff were amazing and friendly. Good location and the shops downstairs its a plus.

The hotel sits right on the canal with a lovely boardwalk, and I was able to jog all the way to the beach, about 8k. Walking to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa took about 15 minutes, which was mostly just waiting for crosswalk lights to change, so it is actually really close. The hotel building felt secure, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe, even late at night and early in the morning. I chose this place because the room had a washing machine and I was trying to pack light. There is a tiny mini market next door where I got Tide pods for the machine, milk, yogurt, and some snacks. There is a little place called Nailways in the same building where I got a shampoo/blow dry on two different days that were spectacular (I don't remember the two gentlemen's names, but they were talented), and I also got a great pedicure and Moroccan bath there (try it)! The gym was small but open 24/7 so I was able to go later when it wasn't too busy. There was also an outdoor pool on the top floor, but I didn't use it. Also, I checked in after midnight and was able to do so safely because the reception messaged me entry info on Whatsapp. The entrance isn't well marked (there isn't Lusso signage at reception), but if you're checking in after midnight, you need to go to what looks like an apartment building reception so they can let you up to your room where your key is a digital code.

A good and convenient location to stop in Dubai My wife and I stayed for 7 days. We will be happy to come back here again Of the advantages: 1. Good job of managers. We liked that you can write to WhatsApp at any time and they will respond promptly - they will send an electrician or help you solve the issue 2. Delicious breakfasts. Although there are only 4 breakfasts available to choose from, they are still delicious. It is possible to order breakfast in the room without additional charges 3. Convenient location. Dubai Mall is a 15-minute walk away, there are many affordable shops and restaurants nearby. There is a whole area of boutiques and cafes across the street. There is a 24-hour shop right in the house 4. Parking is included in the price. If you have a car, you can conveniently place it 5. Room amenities. Various amenities are available in the room in the form of a coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer. Everything for a comfortable stay

Of the cons: 1. In the last two days, our air conditioner broke down and did not cool below 25 degrees, which is not very comfortable for such a warm country 2. The toaster and kettle didn't work, but it didn't bother us much 3. There was a bad smell from the bathroom for several days. As it turned out, there were problems with the sewer system - unfortunately, they could not help with this and had to constantly cover the sewer 4. Don't expect a beautiful view. Due to the design feature of the design, it is not here

This ticks all the boxes for a service apartment in the city. It's in a new building in a very convenient downtown location, & is adjacent to a convenience store, a laundry & a pharmacy. There are quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. The Dubai Mall is also nearby. The staff is helpful & very friendly.

Our room had no electrical socket near the desk area, which made it difficult to work from the room. The washer-dryer hadn't been cleaned properly & had quite a bit of grey fluff inside. It might be nice to let guests know prior to arrival that the check-in desk is at the Lunarossa restaurant next to the building's main entrance.

It was a perfect stay in Business Bay area, we really enjoyed the place. It was super clean, everything you need, the staff was very kind and helpful. We even had water in the room, which was very nice also. The breakfast ist fantastic, felt like it was homemade and they restaurant takes care of you. A lot of things you can choose, with healthy options and super delicious. Thank you very much for everything. We definitely come again

Great apartment for visiting Dubai and having access to the gym and pool was great. Room itself was very spacious, perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient for most of the sites.

The only thing to note it that it would have been nice to have some dish washing supplies in the room. They will clean during the day but we did find that cooking 2 or 3 meals a day we went through the dishes quickly and it would have been nice to be able to wash them instead of piling them up in the sink.

Reception and house keeping availability is limited since it's not an actual hotel but rented apartments. Many groups invested in the building and renting the apartments. If you faced an issue during the night it most likely will have to wait until morning to be resolved.
