Everything was comfortable and convenient. Large apartment, splendid view to Burj Khalifa and the Business Bay. The hotel is in an ideal location indeed. Burj Khalifa can even be reached within 20 minutes if you don't mind walking! Much faster option than taxi, particularly in rush hours. Service was absolutely perfect, receptionists professional and attentive, rooms clean. Breakfast was a la carte in the restaurant downstairs. I reckon prepaid buffet breakfast is also an option, but I am not sure. The restaurant is very good for dinner too. The location is not particularly quiet but this can be said about most Dubai locations, as there is some kind of motorway around every corner. I recommend earplugs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I slept like a child, every night. There is a small supermarket by the hotel entrance. The goods are, however, rather overpriced and the selection limited. The promenade along the Business Bay is still under construction but even now it allows for a solid walking/running exercise. Or cycling, come to that. There is Nespresso machine in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped, but kitchen towels were missing and, for some reason, did not appear despite several reminders. Room service is available daily, so no need to worry about cleaning.

I wanted to visit the gym but when I saw it I didn't like it. The pool area also appears to be quite sterile. Some decorations would help, certainly.

it is very close to my friend's place, hence i stay there, but the service needs attention.

unfortunately there's no early check in for international guests. i was asked to pay an extra day to check in early. i found that unfriendly and inconsiderate considering it was 40degrees outside, and that i had a paid booking for 15 nights already. the room was ready already...when i said i wasn't ever charged at Crowne Plaza, his response was they were not Crowne Plaza. Clearly, that is the fact. Receptionist did not even check with the Duty Manager. i was harassed for every visitor i received, male or female. security would rush all the way to my room, as if i was criminal, insisting on my guests id. if that's the case, why not have security downstairs asking for id. very unprofessional and it was embarrassing for me.

This is a hotel like apartments. Spacious rooms & apartments yet served with 5 start hotel service level. Family or bachelor this is your place to go. Enjoy presence of super market down stairs, laundry, and delivery of your Talabat to your room. At the back of the place, you can have a nice walk on the bay, watch the little marina, enjoy a coffee or a meal at the available restaurants. Also a massage place for relaxation. As expert in Dubai, I highly advice to try this place.

Just a trivial point, the Ironing device isnt the best.

Hamza and mahomed at the reception made life very easy.

However, our flights always land early, and they insist on charging us a day rate to check us in early. This is really annoying and not good customer service for returning guests.

Everything was great as usual. Spacious, super clean, helpful staff, amazing receptionists.

Ironing device is weak + lacking steam. A problem from years still exists. Please have few good ones to be provided to clients.

I stayed at the Royal Continental Suites (RCS) a week before Christmas (12-19 December) for 1 week. Although I've travelled to Dubai many times, this was my first stay at RCS. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. I am actually very fussy and exacting when it comes to cleanliness (:)) and I have to honestly say, that the standards here were high. I loved my suite and the views out over the canal, with the Burj Khalifa directly in front of me! The gym was well equipped too, with treadmills, weights etc- everything that I need for my workout. I have to make a couple of specific mentions to Fahad and Prakash in Housekeeping, who were so helpful. Likewise too, Mostafa (Assistant Manager) who really does understand what customer service is about. All in all, a great place, lovely, considerate staff and clean, very well maintained suites. I hope to return very soon :)

I would come back again for this hotel, I rant two bedroom apartment with family, and we loved it, it was clean, nice and comfortable, staff was very helpful and fast responding, location is great, 24/7 minimart, very good parking, the price was good
