Every thing was amazing,,, location , views, stuff, receptions stuff was very helpful.. room was clean with new furniture and kitchen appliances was new ,,, everything was high quality,,, thank you 🙏

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Pandey and Abdulrazak were exceptional and made my stay that much more amazing. It felt like a home and it is somewhere I will definitely be continuing to come when visiting Dubai for long stays. The location is also great if you like quiet and simplicity with the bonus views of business bay. The apartment was just as pictured in the photos and felt like a home because of how friendly everyone was. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Dubai for long stays.

Location is very good. The room large and comfortable with kitchen and washing machine. The pool and fitness rooms were excellent.. Very good choice of restaurants and food shopping nearby. Ni promenade by the water for walks or jogging. Very safe

The hotel doesnt have a separate work/chill out room for its gusts - so after checking out you are not forced to sit in the lobby. The hotel does not have a safety feature when using the lifts (no key lock) - so anybody can enter and use the lifts

The view was absolutely amazing. You can see burj Khalifa and the canal. The apartment is really nice. The store down the building for any quick grocery buy.

Everything was really nice. However, You need to buy/bring all kitchen ingredients. For example even salt and paper are not provided. Sponge for cleaning the dishes..etc I think these are very minor things that can be provided by the facility.

Hotel was perfect, location was good and it had a perfect view of Burj Khalifa. The stuff was very nice and helpful with everything. Especially shoutout to the security Mahesh Ranabhat and Pom Lal Pandeya. They were so nice and very friendly to us, but also very funny. We will miss you guys.☺️

Only one thing, aircondition is to loud, even when you put on low fan, it is too loud.

My daughter likes the pool, and it is warm for the night swim. The ambience and the facilities are great. The amazing views are excellent. The staff in the receptions are so accommodating. Overall, I would love to come back, especially the room we stayed in.

I don't see reason to dislike Kasco Waves Tower. It's our first time to stay here and I love it.
