Wifi could also be working in the pool area, and connection could be faster generally. TV channel connection is also not working so well, but at least it shows you a lot of channels.

- Excellent location, close to the Burj and the mall. Outside the apartment is the canal which is a lovely walk too. - Friendly staff with great communication over WhatsApp (very responsive and helpful), always checking in with us to make sure our stay is going well - Modern apartment, great view. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a long stay - Nice pool and rooftop

These are small things but they would be helpful and make the experience 10/10: - WI-FI around the building. This was particularly annoying for us as we couldn’t order taxis outside of our apartment. Plus, if we are in the pool area/gym we had no access to WI-FI. - There wasn’t a full length mirror in the apartment. - The apartment could do with a little bit of maintenance such as having a touch up of paint and the rug had a few stains, so some deep cleaning would be good To add a little more luxury, some spare towels would have been nice and perhaps a cleaning service once per week

I loved the location. I loved the building and facilities. I really liked the room. Above all, I was very impressed by the customer service. J One has an amazing team.

I honestly didn’t find anything that I didn’t like about the property.

The Apartments in this apartment house where great and in good shape. There was everything i needed. The location is great too, you can walk to the dunai mall. It has a small pool at rooftop. Staff was friendly. Daily Roomservice at extra charge.

There was a construction next to the apartment they gave us first and waitet for me to complain (2 nights) before they gave me a different room. You have to give a Deposit in cash for a keycard which opens the Door to the Reception which is open 24hours. The Room access itself is with PIN and not with the card. You get the cash back for this useless card after checkout so exactly when you dont want to have cash anymore.

From the second we arrived our hosts couldn't have been any better. Always attentive, checking on if we needed anything also. Would recommend to anyone! 10 out of 10!!!!

Highlights: 1. Prime Location: The apartment boasts an exceptional setting adjacent to the canal. 2. Inviting Ambiance: Immaculately maintained, the apartment features a comfortable design and a spacious balcony offering a partial canal view. 3. Charming Surroundings: The neighborhood is pleasant and secure, ideal for leisurely walks. Numerous cafes and restaurants line the canal-side promenade. 4. Proximity to Landmarks: Both Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are within walking distance.

Areas for Improvement: 1. Linens and Towels: Enhancing the quality and variety of bed linens and bathroom towels would elevate comfort. 2. Television Services: While multiple movie programs were available, standard TV channels were temporarily unavailable. 3. Noise Disturbance: Early morning construction noise was noticeable before dawn. 4. Bathroom Ventilation: A dedicated air ventilation system, separate from the air conditioning, is recommended for the bathroom. Upon raising these concerns, Mr. Hassan from management promptly reached out. He was courteous and assured us that all issues would be addressed. As a gesture of goodwill, he offered a one-night refund for our stay.

The place is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff have a great sense of hospitality and genuinely take interest in fulfilling our needs. We stayed here for 4 nights, and felt very welcomed. A special call out to Sumaira, she has been excellent with her proactive checking on our comfortable stay every single day.. She always greets with a great smile and ensures that our stay remains problem free. I've always received quick and prompt responses from her during every single communication (direct, or through WhatsApp).

This is not really a didn't like, but rather a scope of improvement. Please check if there can be some variety in the breakfast provided. The breakfast is excellent if you stay for 1-2 days, but when you stay for 4-7 days or more then it gets repetitive. Just an input to keep some variety or changes 2-3 times a week.

It was well maintained, good service, parking available underground, lots of basic amenities available including laundry. Would revisit again!

The shower was great and enormous but its door would shut hard and very hard to open from the inside. Asked the front desk to look into it so someone else doesn’t face the same issue.
