That it was very clean throughout the entire property including our room. They enforce a noise ordinance from 10:00pm-8:00am which is lovely if you have little ones or want to sleep in a bit. Staff was very friendly always smiling and gladly helping any way they can. PS: IF YOU WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE BREAKFAST, THEN WAKE UP AND GET TO THE DINING AREA BEFORE 10:00am they lock the doors at 10:01am

That the smokers section is right by the entrance. I personally would’ve felt more comfortable if it was away from the main entrance or even on the other side of the water fountain by the sidewalk.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Morgan Hill. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was super clean and comfortable—exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. I had called ahead to ask about checking in a little early, and the manager was kind enough to accommodate us, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the location was convenient with easy freeway access and nearby spots to eat. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Location was great. Easy access off hwy 101. An hour from Monterey, which is where we spent our time. Close to gas stations and grocery stores, including Trader Joe’s. Breakfast was very good, with different hot options daily, along with all the standards such as oatmeal, waffles, etc. Very nice decor throughout. We stayed on the first floor and liked the location of the room.

It was all great.

The breakfast was awesome. Great location. The room was clean. The staff was amazing and I love that in the night there was a Mexican man cooking tacos across the street. Those tacos were amazing I would definitely come back again. This is my place to stay when I come back home

There was nothing that I didn't like

The check in process was easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room was good. The location to our wedding event was pretty close.

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast. The gravy for the biscuit and gravy was really good. However, the biscuit was cold. It also looked like the eggs were powdered eggs. It looked like cauliflower rice size and tasted a bit off. Additionally, there was no protein side like bacon or sausage. Not necessarily needed, but it would have been nice.

Breakfast, pool and hot tub were all a nice touch. Everything was nice and clean when we got there. Great location right off the freeway

So when we got there we noticed the fridge wasn’t cold enough but we gave it some time. The next day we get back from being out all day and realize our drinks aren’t cold. I called front desk and the guy who answered was just trying to brush it off. He said “it won’t work if the door’s open all day” and then when I told him we had been gone all day he then makes up another reason why it would stop being cold something about it shutting off so the coils don’t burn out. I had to insist for him to send someone to check on it. Thankfully the maintenance guy noticed the issue and replaced it quickly

Breakfast was great, it was hot and they kept it full of all items. My wife loved the Hot Cocoa. Good selection of Items both hot and cold. I will not book a room at a hotel that doesn't serve a breakfast with hot items such as sausage, bacon, eggs etc. This did and it was great. Loved the cookies at check in also,

Parking was tight but do-able.

The breakfast was excellent with lot of delicious options. The facility was super clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and furnished with new furnitures and carpet. I was informed that the hotel was recently renovated.

Lobby and breakfast eating area was very nice. Staff was very accomodating. Location was easy to get to off freeway.

The lamps in room only had the option of bright light! Would have been a lot nicer if they were a softer white or if different levels of brightness were possible, especially on the nightstand.

Although under construction that wasn’t distracting. Staff very nice. Breakfast pleasantly surprising with what was available. Room was clean and was quiet even though our room faced the freeway.

Cost but it was due to the tournament we were in town for. Expected.
