Room was clean and nicer than expected. We appreciated the bench for luggage and the desk chair. Shower was decent, both shower and sink had hot water on the right and cold on the left, but very minor quirk, we have no complaints. Staff were quick, helpful and friendly. Overall, it's probably the best value you're going to get in Oakland, they even have a $495 (something like that) weekly going rate for rooms which we almost took them up on had we not found our apartment on the last day of staying.

This can't be helped, but the neighborhood isn't very safe. It's in a light industrial area. And out comes this nice motel. BUT the property is gated and protected well. No issues regarding safety within the property. Since most people who come here have their own cars, it's HIGHLY unlikely you're going to encounter anything weird when you drive out. There were lots of driving activity with the motel guests and it seemed that everyone was comfortable. Wish we didn't have to pay $6 per night for parking (I honestly don't think anyone doesn't drive to this location) but this is Oakland so it is what it is.

It is very easy for a guest with a problem with mobility, to enter the room, and to easily maneuver inside the room.

I wish the mini refrigerator was a little larger for food storage, because my family member does not leave his room to dine out. I supply him with prepared meals, that must be kept in the mini refrigerator.

The price was great and the location worked well for us since we were going to the arena for an event. I liked that it had a gate, which made me feel safer about my car being in the parking lot. Parking was cheap as well

The property, which is very close to the Oakland Airport, is a motel, with the doors for the rooms opening directly to the outside. The room was plain and simple, but had everything needed for a comfortable one-night stay. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable (although an extra blanket would have been welcome as it was quite cold in the room).

Parking on site is available only for an $8 fee, and parking in the area would have been difficult and possibly unsafe. Parking on the property was very safe and convenient, however.

The owners are wonderful, the place is clean, lots of flowers and greenery. Theres an outside sitting area with chairs and tables To

The rooms were really clean, and comfortable.

The only thing is that I didn't like is that they charge to park your own car, and is not even safe. They broke into a car on midnight.

Very clean and staff were accommodating

My stay was made extremely pleasant by the staff. They were friendly and even the housekeeping was more than accommodating and friendly. They offered toiletries in case I needed extras and provided fresh towels. Check in was a breeze! Location is next to the freeway but I didn’t notice it. On top of that it was storming and windy when I looked out the window and wouldn’t have known unless I looked. The area seems questionable when you drive to it. But it’s very quiet and i felt safe and secure.
