Good location and good price

House keeping skipped us. I went down to the front desk and was told that it was because we had a do not disturb sign. We were given clean towels and was told housekeeping would be back the following day. However, at 7 pm when I was getting ready for bed a MALE housekeeper knocked once and opened the door during the knock. In trying to quickly cover myself I tripped over my suitcase and bruised and sprained my ankle. I was hurt the remainder of my trip and had tickets to Disney and Sea World. This was disappointing and could have been avoided if housekeeping would knock, announce themselves, and then open after a few seconds of no answer instead of knocking while opening a guest’s door!

I loved the property’s location. It is walking distance from Walmart, a dollar store, a gas station and fast food restaurants. Also, it is a close drive to Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. Additionally, I appreciated the property’s amenities such as the breakfast, pool and hot tub. Moreover, it was convenient to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Finally, I loved the staff. They were all very kind, approachable and helpful.

Some of my room’s facilities need to be refurbished. The sink in the bathroom had trouble draining water. It got clogged easily. Regarding cleanliness, the couch had notable stains on it and the room (with the exception of towel replacement and garbage removal) was never cleaned during my stay. Additionally, there was a surprise (to me) resort fee of $6.50 USD/per night. I was only made aware of this upon check-in. My final critique is not on the hotel. However, beware that while the shuttle to Disney World is free, it has pick-up stops at several other hotels before it gets to Disney and it returns for pick-up at 10 p.m. Consequently, you lose about 2 hours of your day at the park.

Clean, has microwave, fridge and safe in the room. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Friendly hard working staff. The nice man at front counter always smiled and tries hard to make people happy and that's not easy to do when problems arise. The breakfast lady went non stop keeping the food stocked up. They did quickly fix the tv and safe for us that were not working when we arrived. Location was great. Near old town and other touristy places. For such a busy place it was extremely clean. Very impressed. Had tea/coffee out at all times.

Walls paper thin. Heard a guy talking extremely loud every morning and I was wearing earplugs, bring a pair if you stay here. No hot water! Took lukewarm showers. Had to shower at night so would get a bit more warm water. One person only at desk. Its busy place so was surprised. Was a let down the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not hot, it was cool. I think it was broken but that was why we booked there for a hot tub to relax in at night. This could be a deal breaker for us next time. The showers having no hot water def a deal breaker, not sure if it was something going on but they don't tell you much. If those things were working, would give higher review. Not sure if I will chance it again though.

They have an EV charger for their guest (you have to ask the front desk to turn it on) which was a huge plus! I could get a full overnight charge! Free Parking. Breakfast was included. Location! Very close proximity to Disney, Walmart, Publix, WaWa and a Factory Outlet shopping plaza. They have 1 free early morning shuttle to Disney ‘Magic Kingdom’ and 1 evening shuttle back to the hotel from ‘Magic Kingdom’. All of the staff were very professional and polite.

Only 1 EV charger working (there’s 2) so I had to rotate with another guest who also had an EV. The beds were pretty firm but the extra plush pillows made up for it. Breakfast was a little repetitious. I suggest getting breakfast early because it gets busy pretty busy after 8:00am. Water pressure in the shower was subpar and the hot water doesn’t last.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, they new it was my son's 2nd bday and reserved a table for us for breakfast and put a sign with most heart warming congratulations for him ,sang the happy birthday song and took him to the hotel store to pick any cookie or crackers he wanted. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone who's looking for a comfortable hotel at such a good price and a nice location. Walmart/Publix and other stores are at walking distance and gas stations and restaurants all around.

I loved the breakfast it was cooked very well and the fact that it comes with your stay is a huge bonus. and the staff they were so welcoming and acomedating. I had a king-size bed it was very comfy. The room was very clean. I was able to buy laundry detergent and snacks at the lobby. I was able to get fresh towels when asked

The phone in my room did not have a dial tone so I couldn't call the front desk.

This is my second time staying here and the front desk stafff are absolutely incredible! Julian even remembered my wife and I from last time! Also when we checked in this last time the front desk employee asked for my confirmation email for my booking and saw it was from booking.com. He confirmed it was on booking.com and said it did not show up in there system for some reason and made sure to accomodate us. No other hotel staff would have done that.

Nothing to complain about!

We stayed here before (many times), Rooms are always clean, facilities, elevators and parking lot always clean, breakfast always early and hot, breakfast staff always friendly, plus Julian is always a professional and always helpful! I love this place, they make me feel in home.

Hot Tub wasn't working, what is not a big deal for me, but wasn't working at all. It's the only thing I could say it wasn't perfect, but again, wasn't a big deal for me, barely times I used in the past.

This hotel is a great value. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and everything functioned properly. The gym and pool were great and they had a weight scale for competitors. All the equipment in the gym was great and functioned well. The parking and exterior area is clean and safe. This hotel is in very close proximity to great restaurants and bars.

This is being picky, but the lids in the coffee area "do not" fit the cups. The ones inside the room fit great. The 10 and 15 lbs dumbells are missing from the gym.

I liked breakfast, the staff service, and being close to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.

Front desk employees didn't explain that there is a fee of almost USD $8 per day for some sort of parking service and breakfast. Besides, it's not clear why they charged that amount. I think they should notify those policies up front.
