We had a great experience with people from the time we first entered to register. I spoke with multiple people on the staff while there. We had several pleasant conversations with the manager who was a very pleasant young lady. The breakfast was kept very well stocked. The scrambled eggs were the best I've had at any hotel. The hotel was also very clean. The stay was quite enjoyable.

The only things I noticed could use improvement were the caulking around the shower and the fact that the shower base drains onto the floor. It might help if the shower curtain was lowered. Also, there is no place to put a towel while you shower.

The room was spacious! It was very odd how the pull out bed goes almost to the wall in which people from the king size bed had to crawl over it to get to the bathroom. The beds we most comfortable. The pool and hot tub were small but clean, fresh towels, and perfect temperature. The staff was amazing! They were so nice and friendly. We wanted to hang out in the lobby and play games and have dinner. They were inviting to do so. The breakfast was yummy! We would go back again!

The check in process was easy with early check in, however, having someone at the desk would have been nice when I arrived. it was an hour after check in time, and I had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the desk to get me my key. The Wifi service was disappointing and was unable to use my computer during my stay. Also, the location is not near any shopping outside of a CVS and gas stations.

Everything except for the confusing parking … but it wasn’t too hard to figure out .

When we asked if there were more muffins the lady that responded to us who was cleaning the area with short blonde hair was pretty rude with her reply ! But EVERYONE ELSE WAS AMAZING!!! The staff besides that incident were completely thorough, respectful, polite, professional, and friendly !

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean. Overall the stay was fantastic.

My only complaint is about the jacuzzi tub. It had quite a bit of hard water deposits built up in the jet areas, and the cover on the faucet lifted up and was kind of gross underneath. Very small things in a great stay.

The parking lot was a little funny to find … but not real hard. Depends on which direction you’re coming from ….i think both hotel names should be posted on both sides of the brick entrance and that would help TREMENDOUSLY

Good breakfast options and food tasted good. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Plenty of parking space. The booking price was fair.

Air conditioner unit was too loud. Beds were smaller than expected. Room lighting was not the best, specially for night time.

Very clean and nice juccie room . Shower was awesome and provided all supplies body wash shampoo and conditioner and not the cheap stuff. Juccie was amazing and jets worked amazing stayed in for hours and and water stayed hot. Front desk help was great and very helpful and has room ready. .

Went for a Hardy concert at Egyptian room . He rock and was nice going back to finish a perfect night.

Our room was fantastic. Loved the size of the bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Loved having the extra lounge area and not just a bed to sit on.

Had to pay for parking which was ridiculous.

Facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable with friendly staff.

The only negative was the channels on the TV didn't match the on screen guide making finding news (or any other network) challenging.
