The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is so clean and you can tell just by walking into the lobby or a room that they pay very close attention to detail with their cleanliness. The pool area is nice and peaceful and the pool water was the perfect temp. Our bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and we enjoyed our Starbucks for breakfast made by the very nice front desk woman. It’s refreshing to feel this level of kindness and respect from hotel staff which is sadly becoming more rare compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at in the last couple years.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Room was very clean with updated decor. Beds were comfortable with thermostat in dual sides of room.

Check-in was confusing as the front desk was not sure how to process a split payment. Due to this, it caused a backup, and we were pushed to the side until a supervisor came. He as well did not know how to do it. It was also explained to us at check in that the card that was used would not be charged until check out. However, it was taken out on the second day of stay. When we did check out, I let the front desk know of this, and they seemed shocked.

The room was very spacious, with a nice bed and a TV with Netflix and Youtube access in the bedroom area and sofa, armchair and another TV in the lounge area. Everything was clean and the kitchen had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which we made good use of.

We stayed for a week and despite this they do not send housekeeping at all unless asked. Even then it took three attempts and we only managed to get them to clean the room on the last day we were there.

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfy. I loved the unique “couch” and ottoman that was also very comfortable. I really loved the shower!! It had a real nice shower head and glass sliding doors instead of the typical crappy shower head and gross plastic shower curtain that sticks to you that most hotels have. It was more modern and upgraded nicely compared to a lot of other hotels.

I would’ve really loved a complimentary breakfast. I feel like $215 for one night should at least get you a free bagel and some oj in the morning.

Clean and up to date.comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Toiletries and hair dryer provided.working tv and fridge w coffee maker etc. location is great though and well worth the money.

There was trash in the back outside the sliding door. Breakfast was not provided. Front desk person could have been friendlier and more personable. He did not greet me or even say thank you. Kind of rude.

When I first arrived in Sonesta, I wasn't sure what to expect. It looked quite clean and the staff were approachable for the most part. I did like this one guy, I can't remember his name. But, he was very courteous and respectful. His personally was like a lighthouse. He was there to guide you back to your hotel room and what ever else you wanted. The rooms were quite nice and the amenities as well. The work-out room was very quaint, but it worked. The pool was quite decent and at night while the rain poured down outside through the windows. If you were alone, it was another experience. I loved my stay here.

As great as my stay was. there were some issues. There was a rude lady, whose name I don't know. The town was a crappy overpriced area where you couldn't walk around for nothing. It terribly designed. Ubers were in short supply and took forever for a pick up. Although package deliveries were easy to get, amazon fresh wasn't an option in this area. Without a car, you will either walk to wendys or some local pizza place. Or rely on deliveries for food. What annoyed me the most, is that most of every person in that town that worked somewhere would guilt trip you into a tip just for doing their job. All the uber/lyft drivers, restaurant owners, etc would do this.

I like that it was right off the highway and near food and gas

I would have liked for communication around housekeeping. I didn’t know that you had to request housekeeping. Most places, they automatically come through everyday. Just should let you know upon check in

The hotel decor is beautiful and beds real cozy. The main lobby has a gas fireplace so relaxing. The eating area is very nice. Staff are so helpful. Would recommend this hotel to others as a great place to stay.

Even tho there is a place you can order breakfast it would bring in more guest if the hotel had hot and cold breakfast included in the price of their guest night stay.

The room was amazing. Guy who checked us in was great. View was nice. All staff was great. Loved the sitting area!!

Shower wall could have been cleaner. Had to buy coffee due to only having decaf in room and needing a cup as soon as woke up. Cup bought downstairs was lukewarm even though they had just started serving.

The staff was overall terrific and very welcoming. Also, the person who ran the cafe/coffee bar was so lovely and a great ambassador for the facility. Both check-in staff members were great!

My room didn't get serviced fully. There might have been confusion, but I returned to the additional towels I asked for, but my bed did not get bed, etc. I left a tip on the bed which was still there so I assume there might have been some confusion?
