The room itself was amazing! Better than Comfort Inn in Livonia which is where I've been going for years. The rooms are updated compared to the other location. The whirlpool is amazing and updated compared to the other location. To hate a walk in shower, fireplace, and two TVs instead of just one was also great. The separation of the living room and the bedroom was also great. It makes the space less cluttered. This was a very integral part of our Valentine's Day. I've already booked the same room for my boyfriend's birthday next month.

The location leaves a lot to be desired. There's no food or shopping close to the hotel at all. That's the only thing that the Livonia location has over this location.

They came in on Friday. Everyone greeted us really nicely with great smiles. Staff was wonderful. I went and worked out. Went back to a shower when met some friends for dinner and when I got back, I had a phone call that my husband was being transferred by EMS to Grand Rapids so we ended up having to leave for an emergency and they said don’t worry about it. We will do everything we can and we will make sure that you’re not charged for the next night And I said are you kidding me and said don’t worry about it you take care of your family and that may so special because it was very scary. It was over 7 1/2 hours surgery and it has already been a long day so a 10/10 for that right there . NIST AMAZING CARING PEOPLE..

I can have just enjoy the rest of my day but things come up with your family and you kinda have to pick where you need to be. I know that I need to get up my husband through the surgery that was very dangerous and he is not out of the woods get .

The location great. Workers customer service nice. Management needs help with her facial expressions and greeting customers. But entrance of hotel very nice. My rented Bed room area ok. But when you walk in the room you're greeted with a huge red spot in the rug ( you don't know if you came a little early after the murder scene and the manager acted as of that was a great extra to have.. brown spot on the Jacuzzi so that was not used. Pre used toilet tissue in bathroom, spots on the wall and roof. But other than that the entrance of lobby was very nice.

The Jacuzzi was great, and the bed was extremely comfy.

The location wasn't extremely great but not terrible. I also think that the televisions need updating. Something better than just basic cable. At least in the most expensive rooms like my stay was. I was forced to watch terrible things on television the entire time. Whilst the Red Roof has Roku Televisions and I'm able to select what to watch.

Breakfast accomindations, great options. My favorite was the juice options. I also enjoyed the Zacuzzi, which is great for muscle therapy.

The pool area was messy, and there were no towels. Kids walking around with no shoes on from pool wetting up the floors. They were in the breakfast area with no shoes on as well. The host of parties should pay more attention to kids' actions.

The staff was nice overall. The pool was comfortable. Close to museums.

The tolite didn’t flush well. The treadmill was broken. The clocks were off in all parts of hotel. The fireplace didn’t work.

Hotel looked a little ran down, carpet and elevator and the couch looked really run down.

Loved the decor that was sat up soon as you walked in the lobby, staff was very helpful when I had a problem overall the property was safe and cozy

What I didn’t like was my room had ants and the ice machine wasn’t working and there was trash behind the sofa and there were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The room keys, kept having to rescan them alot. I finally just took both of them everytime one didn't wirk and have them scan both. The hot tub wouldn't turn on, we turned it in but no one came to the room and a hour later I noticed a reset button across the room and then it worked.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

My 1st room smelled of smoke and it was bad they gave me a new room it smelled bad also but they gave me spray helped a little. The carpets in the hotel were very dirty and stained. We didn’t get towels on the second day we had to ask for towels. They had dirty buckets around and the cleaning staff seemed unorganized.
