The front desk support team were very helpful and I liked that even though I wasn't home, I didn't miss much of the necessary items I needed to be able to take care of my children. I got cleaning support when i needed it.

That I couldn't control the heating as I wanted. I had two babies with me and the room was chilly. I had to call front desk a couple of times for support. Also there wasn't a rich variety of breakfast options that we could enjoy.

It was very clean and all staff were very friendly

My husband would have liked to see more options for the breakfast. Particularly bananas and some yogurt would have been nice. Breakfast sandwiches were ok but seemed to be a little slow restocking so if you came to breakfast later selection was limited.

Spacious rooms with all the features of a great hotel! The staff was very accommodating and the property was well kept!

Breakfast was disappointing. Variety was lacking and the toaster didn’t toast very well. Could have been better, but area was clean.

The facilities were clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable. The room size was perfect, and the separate room from the kids was a bonus! The morning breakfast, wi-fi, swimming pool, and gym were great perks included in the room charge.

I booked through a 3rd party, and when I checked in and got to my room, it wasn't the one I booked. I spoke to the clerk about it, and he said it must have been a booking error because the room I wanted was more expensive. I kindly asked him to check into it further because I had a confirmed reservation. After discussing it with someone on the phone, he reluctantly "upgraded" me, but told me to be sure to talk to the manager in the morning so they didn't change the price on my final bill. The manager in the morning was great. She said he was new, and there was no problem with my reservation. I never received any additional charges on my room. So this was a hiccup, but I was ultimately pleased with the outcome.

STAFF WERE SO PROFESSIONAL!!!! BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND APPRECIATED SO MUCH!!!! WE WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THE HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON!!!!!!!

It was nice. Staff were friendly and room was definitely clean and maintained. Everything was easy and hassle free. Didn't have to walk a mile to my room and breakfast was decent!

Working in lobby in morning the phone would ring for li g periods of time with no answer. A little annoying.

The room was great with the kitchenette and the plates and bowls and silverware.

The pool is small. But most the time my family was the only one in it

The roominess of the room, full supply of dishes in the kitchenette, breakfast bar and the manager! Her intelligence, grace and personable communication regarding a billing error exuded confidence to this customer.

The 2 desk clerks who could NOT solve, or answer for the error OR the correction!

I love the pool. I really enjoy the breakfast, it was extremely delicious. The bedroom is a nice decent size for a party of two. I appreciate the curtains beside the bed and am super thankful for the window curtains as well. It made the room nice and dark. Thank god there was a microwave and fridge usually they don't come with any. Lighting was good as well. Overall, me and my significant other enjoy the stay and would always recommend this hotel. It's also located in nice area and made us feel extremely safe and secure. Thank you Hilton Home 2!

The location was good and easy to get on and off the highway
