From the parking lot to the room everything was clean and easy to navigate. Although I did hear a few other guests it wasn't enough to be disturbing. The staff members are friendly and have great customer service skills. Breakfast was good.

My only complaint is the bathroom. The walk in shower needs to have those strips that allow the person to not feel like they are going to fall. It wasn't super slick, but I can imagine with soap going down the drain it'd make it slick. A grab bar would be great too. Simply because, I'm sure I'm not the only one, it helps maintain balance.

It's a pretty new hotel so it's clean, they just need help I think. We moved around twice, the third time was the charm. I felt bas for the evening shift representative because I think they got the wires crossed with booking because I opened the room and it was a whole person in there...she finally got things straight and it was a good stay. Will stay again hopefully it will still be as nice and clean as it is now and they'll have everything running smoothly.

The hotel was newer and clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was nicely designed, so there was a place to comfortably sit and watch tv or stretch out and watch tv. It had a nice kitchen area.

The bed was extra firm. When we went to open the microwave, we had to hold it in place or it pulled away from the wall. The bathroom sink had some broken mechanism. The sink worked fine though. There were some language barriers with some of the staff.

We went through booking.com. The price was right it was very clean. Atmosphere was bright and colorful. We had everything we needed. It was close to my daughter‘s family who we visit once or twice a year. Friendly helpful staff

We would have given our stay a 10 if they would have, had someone refilling the breakfast food. The hot food was completely out by 7:30 as well as the coffee.

Very clean & comfortable; simple decor ; breakfast was a plus ; bed was very comfortable!

Check in was a bit awkward, but the employee stated that they were understaffed that day ; then we had a knock on our door at 10pm to see if we were; she said her screen showed the room was empty; she asked our name & apologized . We were already in bed.

Breakfast was ok. Breakfast needs some work. Hot food was not available. Staff said food was taking longer to cook in the equipment for some reason. We were trying to get to a graduation, so waiting on food was very inconvenient.

Food not ready, 9am cut off time was too early. More hot menu food items needed. More trash bags in room needed.

I liked how modern and clean it was!

The only thing that I can say was not great at our stay was the breakfast. It was served from 6-9 am and we got there at 8am. There was hardly anything left and what was left wasn’t good or hard. The French toast sticks were hard as a brick.

Loved the cleanliness and price

The air conditioning seemed to not work well on day two. It was a hot day but my room wouldn’t get below 75 and breakfast isn’t that great but for the price I’m ok with breakfast not being the best.

This is my 2nd stay here. I Love the staff, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The price is reasonable for the quality. Breakfast is good too.

Lobby was clean, late check in as it was an over night trip on vacation and we basically just stopped to sleep. Friendly staff. Well lit and ample parking

Room had cigarette odor even though it was non smoking.
