The building was beautiful!

There was an enormous amount of children ( that were not contained by parents) the time we stayed. No fault to the hotel, but it was not as peaceful as it could have been! Unfortunately the parents did not watch over the children going in and out the pool which water was every where. The kids ran around ( which I understand kids can be excited)

The room was adequate and the pool was fun. The kids enjoyed it a lot. We got rooms on the same floor, close to each other. We got a double suite and it was nice to have extra sinks in the bedroom and coffee bar.. The restaurant was nice for a late supper for two and breakfast was very good with a variety for everyone. Our daughter and family came from Australia and we all enjoyed our time together.

Dated. The vent in the bathroom kept falling. It had been scotch taped but it would fall every time I used the bathroom. Some of us had a cold showers because the water took so long to warm up-at least 10 minutes. Parking spots were extremely tight. if you had a Yukon or truck you could barely squeeze out of your door. At least, it was free parking.

Rooms are clean, no problem with getting extra towels and sheets. The breakfast is good. The hotel is very nice and scenic. It's located not far from main attractions such as Beale street, and the Civil Rights Museum which is 15 minutes away.

I wished the beds in the double rooms, instead of full size beds can be queen size beds. Me and my husband had to share one of the beds in the double suites and it's quite small for couples to share. So, I didn't have such a comfortable experience with the beds. Maybe it's comfortable for one person, definitely not two people to share.

The updated hotel, very modern.

Customer service is very poor. Asked to have room cleaned, they never did. Had to ask again. The employees including the supervisors and manager were not help. They would not honor that I was doing work as a consultant for the federal government.

I've been to this embassy suite 4 times and this time I was scheduled to have an upgraded King sweet it was absolutely the same as every other king room that I've had there 😢 .Was very disappointed about paying extra money for the same room. Maybe you guys can make this up to me and my wife in June when we come back down there to visit my mother who lives in Tennessee🤔 Ps. I do think it's time for upgraded interior rooms and change the televisions they're very dark you cannot see most programming due to the dark settings. You guys still get a 8.9👍

Embassy Suites staff was first rate except for the front desk. One particular employee was curt and haughty when asked simple questions. I can't remember any front desk employee ever smiling or acting courteous. This was not the case with employees encountered in your food and beverage areas who went out of their way to be friendly.

The layout was very nice and the staff was friendly. The cleaning team was exceptionally nice. They were more like customer service! I had booked online but what I booked was not available. The front desk lady helped me out and offered me what was available. I wish the rooms could have gotten cooler

It was humid hot in the building. Breakfast was meh. I’d loved to have seen a waffle maker! Coffee station was rough.

Breakfast was amazing. The complimentary drinks and snacks was a bonus.

At booking I wasn’t told the pool wasn’t available. My main reason for using Embassy Suites was for the indoor pool for my grandson.

They feed breakfast, Happy Hour was great, the rooms were clean, and housekeeping was on point

The only unlikable thing I didn't like was we had to pay 20$ a day to park.

The warm welcome when I arrived. The wonderful ladies fixing the breakfast. The acknowledgment from the very nice lady in security. I really felt safer knowing there was someone "watching over me while I slept. I also loved the layout of my room I felt like I was at home being able to shut the door to my bedroom. I had a blessed, beautiful birthday. Thank you ao much for all the wonderful, kind, and professional people working for you!!! I'll be back!!
