The staff was super friendly, the place was pretty clean.

It was very clean but we found a few hairs on our bedding and in our soap dish. The toilet didn’t flush well. We also thought we booked a smoking room because there were NON SMOKING rooms advertised and rooms that didn’t have NON SMOKING in the title. Apparently the whole hotel is smoke free. We saw they advertised the non smoking rooms but it would have been nice if it said somewhere it was a smoke free facility.

The breakfast was confusing. I didn't pay for the breakfast, so I didn't go. I was told later that I did pay for it, so I was given 2 free vouchers. There is a different price for hot meal vs continental cold breakfast. I conclusion, the breakfast was good.

We checked in and the lady didn’t even tell us where to go. We also paid for breakfast and people were coming off the street and were able to eat without paying. Also there was a kid that was drinking out of the juice container and put it back on the counter for others to drink

Everything would’ve been a perfect 10 if breakfast had been included for the price I pay I would’ve thought they would’ve included it. It cost more to eat there, which is why we had to leave early so we can eat.

The entrance to the hotel is confusing. Better signage is necessary and the holes at the entrance almost damaged my car.

I did not go down for breakfast, because the person at the front desk told me that the breakfast is not free and I have to pay for it. It seems like they sell what they don't have. Before I booked the reservation I read everything, but when I got there they told me different things.

Just tell the truth, there is no free breakfast don't say breakfast is free it is a lie. Try to change that.

the only thing I didn’t like was I was promised to be emailed a receipt for my stay and still haven’t received one!!! I need a receipt for my expenses for the company I work for!!!! makes the second time I have been done this way!!!! Looks like I’m going to have to go to Holiday Inn they have no problem getting me a receipt!!!!
