Apparently there are 4 Hampton Inns in Youngstown, Ohio. We went to the one right off I-80. They did not have our reservation. The clerk there wasn't helpful at all, He said we probably wanted Hampton Inn North. I thought he would have access to the Hampton Inn reservation site to look us up, but he wasn't about to put in any extra time helping us. We finally found out our reservations were at Hampton Inn West, just a few miles away. Booking.com only gave us Hampton Inn I-80 West. Since we were traveling on I-80 West, we thought that might be our hotel. The clerk at our correct hotel was very considerate. (I had called that hotel to confirm reservation after the first clerk didn't seem to want to be bothered.) Make sure you have the correct address, not just booking.com info.

Breakfast is substantial, there should be something for every body to have for breakfast.

Well, the milk wasn't as cold as it should have been, I said something to the desk staff but they didn't seem concerned. The room could have been cleaner around the edges, especially around the desk. The baseboards were really dirty.

This location met the expectations I have based on my stays at other Hampton Inns. While there was renovations being completed while we were there, they did not detract from the overall experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was pretty upbeat and positive probably due to the excitement most of us had related to the upcoming Eclipse.

I really did not have any dislikes the visit was really quite pleasant.

The front desk receptionists were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good; nice selection and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and polite. The location was convenient to the highway, restaurants, and leisure.

I hate to say it, because we had a nice stay, but the property needs a really deep cleaning. The carpeting in the room was dirty (my socks were soiled walking on it). I suggest ripping out all carpets in rooms and going with hardwood or tile.

Staff was super willing to accommodate a slight change of plans during an emergency situation! It was comfortable, clean, with amazing staff! The breakfast was delicious

everything was clean and tidy the staff was amazing and friendly and eager to help with anything my party needed the beds were firm which some might not like but for my back they were amazing kept the feel of my firm memory foam at home

ok this will be obvious the location is terrible mainly the entrance/exit the roads are exceptionally horrible around this hotel but that is out of there properties control there (actual) lot is in great condition but the city is not making the public areas a priority

Staff was helpful & pleasant.

The bathroom floor was sticky & rug in bedroom , because of the multiple carpet levels, it didn't feel clean. The mattress felt nice but caused me a severe backache. I think it was too soft.

Very clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff

Minor damage to the room (not a big deal at all). Body wash dispenser in shower was empty (minor inconvenience).

Staff was wonderful! We had a wedding to go to that was later in the day they let us do a late check out so we didn’t have to find something to do in between.

The employees were friendly. The breakfast was good and hot daily . Good beds,shower had good pressure and the water was hot.Housekeeping does a great job cleaning .Would definitely stay here again . It was safe and quiet.

Housekeeping forgot to give us fresh towels,but one call to front desk took care of that.:). Only bad thing was the road to the hotel. Bumpy and needs fixing ,and the pool was a little chilly:)
