They let me check in an hour earlier than expected. The 2 ladies at the front desk were super nice and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. I also talked to one housekeeper who was also super nice.

I went to a concert at Globe Life Field. Walked to and from. It was very dangerous as there was very little lighting and no sidewalks. Scary when you're not from that area. Also, somehow my original reservation got cancelled, when I called to to fix it I was told I didn't have one, period. To get one then would be almost $400.00. I re-booked a room online, waited an hour and called again, nobody could see anything. The pool was super gross and there was human hair all over our room. In the bathroom sink and tub, the beds and even a clump on a table. So...it wasn't the cleanest for sure!!!

Overall, we liked this hotel. The young lady at the front desk, was most pleasant! Customer service was great! Most important is the hotel inside & the rooms inside were clean. No complaints on cleanliness. We stayed in a 2 beds room, the rooms are very spacious inside. The rooms have balconies. How great is that!? We are non-smokers & we didn't smell any cigarette smoke at all. The value was good. We stayed for 1 night. It was a quiet week night in January, not many people around. No breakfast served, just coffee.

Property was clean, staff was friendly! Pool felt great. Location to globe life is the selling point. Room AC worked great. Had minimal housekeeping which was fine with me, the took out trash and brought fresh towels. I don’t need the bed made or anything like that. We decided it will be a hotel we return back to often.

The beds were uncomfortable but I find that to be true for most places, definitely not going to stop us from going back. Elevator is small and that’s only a problem for me due to a fear of elevators. The stairs were easily accessible across from them.

The property is pet friendly and we travel with a small dog, so we were happy with that. The room was good sized and comfortable …. Great water pressure in the shower. We were just traveling thru, but if we were vacationing in the area, the location would bee great for Wet ‘n Wild and for 6 Flags … and the sports stadiums …

The property has a large breakfast area with equipment for breakfast or heating food, but they do not have breakfast.

Liked almost everything about the facility. Was very comfortable.

A while before check-out we needed A last minute towel for after showering. I asked staff that was cleaning room next to ours and she said she couldn't give us one. She refused us one towel and she had a cart full. Another staff came a while after checking rooms when I requested one from her, she went to the cart next to our room and got us one.

It's wasn't no breakfast there only coffee but the stay was wonderful really soft beds the while building was smelling so good even the room when you walk in there it was so nice I will recommend everyone to stay there the staff was very nice with a smile on there face

Our room was newly renovated so you know management cares to give a good stay experience, so be sure to ask for those rooms. Housekeeping, despite us not seeing them, replenishes what we need. There's a microwave too which helps a lot. On top of that, management accommodated advance shipments I made (just talk to them). Overall surprised about the stay.

Not that we would need it but the 'breakfast' is actually just coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and granola bars. We didn't mind it as we got it for really good price so the freebie seemed like a bonus takeaway when you're on the go.

Location. Was excellent. Staff was friendly if your here for either cowboys or rangers games they will hand you a trolley pass which runs every fifteen minutes and starts running 90 minutes before gates open for the venues. Room was clean and well kept.

No continental breakfast and the coffee was bitter my room was next to an elevator which was ok.

Very clean. Great location next to Six Flags. Nice pool. Very quiet (could not hear highway noise on pool side). Comfortable beds. Great AC. Nice and helpful front desk staff. $72 with all taxes and fees was AMAZING value for money! Great parking - safe and well-lit. Nicely decorated and updated. Microwave and refrigerator very convenient for long stays.

It was perfect in meeting our needs for an overnight trip to Six Flags.

Exceptional Customer Service - They were able to accommodate me for a reasonable Early Check in Fee, Nice Facilities - Although a bit dated, Clean and Feasible, Comfortable Beds, A nice large pool to cool off in, Coffee in the Lobby through Out the Day. 2 Restaurants next door. and is on the Stadiums Trolley Routes (in season).

They do not offer breakfast and their late check out is only a 30min Extension versus an hour. The location is decent, however, there are no gas stations or stores within walking distance for afterhours or personal toiletries. They also do not have a store inside the hotel.
