The staff were all very friendly and were ready to help at any time. The property is definitely dated but it is well maintained with fresh paint etc. they are currently doing Reno’s room by room from what I understand. This property was clean and the breakfast was nice to have. The property is clean with fantastic value which will keep me coming back. Being operated by a family vs a large company was a breath of fresh air.

The only thing I would request to be different is that safes are installed. I possess a lot of high end fashion/jewelery and it would have been wonderful to be able to lock it up. With that being said, I left valuables in the room while we were at COTA and there were absolutely zero issues at all!

The suites were comfortable and suited the needs. It is close to Central/Downtown Austin, only a few miles away. The beds were comfy, and there is a small fridge in the Suites rooms. No issues noted during our stay.

The breakfast should have better hot food options. I would use the breakfast as a last resort if you have no other options. It is a very basic breakfast.

The property looks just like pictures, our room smelled clean,everything in the room was very clean. The staff was AMAZING, very helpful! Norma at the reception desk was very pleasant, her customer service skills are an A plus! There is a gas station behind the property and that is always a plus. The breakfast was good they had eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles with strawberry topping and whipped cream! All very clean and okay for hotel food 😊.

The pool water was a bit cloudy the 1st day we got there. The second day we notice a white film coming from the pool filter so we got out immediately. I called the front desk to let them know about it and the receptionist said she was going to go check it out but no one ever did. We kept checking through out the day until around 11pm, we saw people in the pool but the white film was still there. We never went back to the pool. Other than that the stay was great and I am sure they keep up with the maintenance of the pool but in this occasion it seem like it had not been cleaned in a while

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the room. The property was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Overall, I think it was definitely worth the price and a great option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay.

My stay was very nice the hotel room was very clean including in the bathroom, the beds were clean and cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was included. I didn't go in but the pool looks like a great choice for my next visit.

The place was kinda small and it had a small dining area

Right next to the interstate, gas station right next door, restaurants close by, bed was very comfortable , nice side pool, sadly no hot tub, looks like there used to be one at some point in the past

Had to ask for towels for the pool and felt like it was a inconvenience as well as when I wanted to purchase a soda from the little shop and didn't have cash

Everything ! Quality Suits is my favorite it has an indoor pool the price is perfect for the quality of the place and stay and they mind their own business they do not descriminate like other

I loved everything about it always have , good job quality inn!☺️ also my favorite part of the hotel is the indoor pool I don’t get to go swimming all the time and sometimes I only have time during winter season or when the weathers isn’t so good

There was a homeless man that only wanted something to eat and the lady asked him nicely to leave however I think they could have let him fix what ever he wanted to have. I do understand why she didn’t but at the same we have to take care of the people who sometimes can’t help them selfs.

The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean. Beds were comfy and spacious room. Lots of parking available. Housekeepers were so sweet and helpful.

We had a hard time cause there was no parking they allow big trucks in the parking lot taking over parking spaces we had to park across the street, I think if we pay to stay there we shouldn’t have a hard time finding somewhere else to park
