Price, size and set-up of room, comfy bed., quiet

The entrance/exit to the pool is unsafe. The drop-off on the side of the ramp caused most of us to trip and almost fall going in. Going out, it's very easy to stub toes. PLEASE make changes to the ramp before a guest gets seriously injured. I will be reporting this to Best Western. Female employees were seen constantly on their cell phones. We would have to say something to them to get their attention. There was a limit of nine people in the pool at one time. The pool could easily accommodate more guests. Ice machine would not always provide ice.

I love Everything about this place. Ive stayed here 4 times and everytime I am treated with respect, the room is clean, and the breakfast is great( different options to choose from). The manager is understanding and leads his team well because they are all amazing. They are kind, willing to help and answer any questions you might have! I love that the hotel is a little ducked off but you have a variety of options from restaurants, movies, shopping mall, kid indoor playgrounds, grocery store, adult entertainment( clubs and shops) within a mile. If you are coming to Houston and want a spacious and clean room... Don't miss out.. reserve your room already!

There is nothing not to like about this place!!!

Clean smelling throughout the property. Friendly housekeeping service each day. Clean property grounds. The breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items, i.e. sausage, waffles, scrambled eggs, home fries, cold cereal, yogurt. My issue however was I wished they would have alternated sausage with bacon. Omelet station only open on weekdays and not on weekends. Five minute drive to large A+ Willowbrook Mall loaded with tons of stores!!

Coffee station in lobby 24/7 however no hot water for tea. Had to ask front desk for hot water which she provided for me each time. Room had stove top, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. However, no pans in room to cook with. When asked at front desk for pan, response was they do not provide pans, you have to bring your own. That was not mentioned. No restaurant on premises and bar area was never open.

Rooms were clean. I had no issues with the cleanliness of the facility. Staff were friendly. I used the workout room while I was there as well and enjoyed the space. Rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily and they even made up our beds with my toddlers stuffed animals. We'd stay again.

Only annoyance was the no breakfast food in the room.

The breakfast was great. There were a couple days were they had an omelette station, which was great. The waffles are delicious and the breakfast was surprisingly good, along with the coffee. The room and hotel was very clean. Management seemed to take great pride in the hotel ensuring everything was meticulous. The location was excellent, AMC, stores and restaurant within walking distance. Costco with gas station nearby, and hotel is just off 249. I liked the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. Hotel was quiet and housekeeping did not begin cleaning at the crack of dawn.

I wish the breakfast stayed open a bit longer, at least until 9:30. I did not like that I could not grab and go as food could not be taken to the rooms to be eaten.

The hotel was right off the freeway and was nice. We were checked in quickly and our room was great! It was exactly as we ordered and quite large. The beds were comfortable. The thermostat worked great and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. We arrived late and left early so we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast.

The only problem we had was there was a funny smell in the lobby as we came in. Fortunately, it was not in our room.

The hotel is very friendly and helpful, I have stayed here a few times and the people that work the hotel have been excellent every time. The décor in the hallways is very weird, but I think its due to the design on the carpets, but the Rooms are really nice inside, and both times my window faced an open field at the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and nice. I use this hotel to shop at the Willowbrook mall, its a super short cab ride and I walked back during the day with no problems. There are restaurants close that you can go to by uber for like $5. Hotel breakfast was convenient and typical variety of food for this style hotel.

When you show up the hotel is kind of in the middle of no where, but its nice inside and because of the staffs attitude, I really could not complain.

Wonderful complimentary breakfast. They serve a full hot breakfast fresh each morning with healthy options. Many hotels only offer a continental menu. We will return.

We had issues with our stove top in our kitchenette. May want to upgrade the stove top. Also, double check tv remotes are programmed before and after each guest stay. Some technical issues.

This a little gem ! Modern, spacious, super clean, we stayed for 3 nights during a 2 week holiday in Texas , this was the only place that made the beds ! It was a little way from downtown Houston but totally acceptable to us , and very reasonably, they also made omelettes on request !
