The staff were superb. The location was clean. If you asked the staff a question they were kind and took time to assist. The continental breakfast was awesome. The pool and outside relax area was clean and gorgeous. I would recommend this location to anyone. The holiday inn express is my top choice of hotel moving forward. Thank you all for exceeding all expectations . Alyssa the evening desk clerk was the most professional staff and welcoming. She should be the face of your establishment. This is what makes professionals and all people pick locations such as yours. I’m a nurse and there is nothing more important to me than great customer service and cleanliness to me when I select my hotels. Thank you all for a remarkable experience

The beds here were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!! I don't know if it was the brand of bed or if because the hotel was a newer constructed hotel. I am VERY picky about the type of bed I sleep on (I have a memory foam mattress) but I 10 out of 10 would recommend this hotel for the comfy beds! The breakfast was not bad at all, lots of choices.

There wasn't anything terrible at all that we didn't like. The parking was the tiniest bit limited but you really can't complain about it because you were still within a decent distance from your car to the hotel.

Loved that there were some new choices every day. Healthy ones! Seemed fresh not warmed over. Good coffee and good selection of tea! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Should be allowed to get into a meeting room early enough to decorate for a party. Ours was one to four and although they did let us extend until later; the organized was told she couldn’t get in until one which delayed us all. There was no other group in room before us.

The breakfast was as expected; pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy ect. The breakfast buffet was kept tidy and clean, and staff checked frequently to restock.

The nozzle of the drinks machine was not clean, however we did not stay long enough to tell if it was just from a frequent use the day before and they hadnt gotten around to clean it yet.

Alisa, the evening desk person. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Very clean.

(1) The beds are extremely tall. Short people have trouble getting into bed. Especially if they are also physical challenged. (2) no microwave in the room.

It was right next to bass pro shop! Easy access getting on and off the interstate. Location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again.

It was so quiet. I wish I would have brought my fan for some noise!! lol!! I have no complaints!

The breakfast was hot and delicious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. It was close to our destination, Corkscrew BBQ.

The fire pit was not working and I was looking forward to it, since it was a cold night.

Everything. We love staying at your hotels. Always clean, and tge staff if wonderful. The hot breakfast is a big draw also. Great value for the money

the 3:00 pm front desk staff was exceptional and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Very difficult to get to the hotel if you were not familiar with the area, even with GPS. Cleaning staff could not speak English!

Was in town for a family reunion, hotel was close to everyone. It was clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, slept well. Would stay again.
