I had originally booked another hotel and had to leave after the first night. It was horrible. Walking in to this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The bed was so comfy, the abundance of fluffy pillows was joyous. The staff was courteous, the breakfast was good. It was as a hotel should be.

The only complaint I can come up with is we had to wait 20 minutes for coffee one day. And in my room I only had 3 packets of decaf, no regular or I could have just made it there. One night I made a cup of decaf and the old coffee from a previous guest was still in the pot. Gross. Even worse was a tea bag that had been lying there so long it was covered in mold and mildew. I don’t think that area of the room is checked often. Some of the packets of sugar and creamer had been opened and just left .

Properties in a good location and it was very clean. Rooms are clean also.

For me and my family, the breakfast was terrible. It was the same exact food every day sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. That was it no bacon no hashbrowns no nothing else in the lady who ran it was older. I think she needs to look at retirement if you get my drift Sort of rude

The location was good and the manager is a great guy. I didn't have much interaction with other staff but they were very friendly.

The 3rd floor had an odor but we got used to it. The outside card reader didn't work so you would have to walk to the front.

There was hardly any noise from other rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

The room smelled faintly of ligament cream, which I suspect was a cleaning solution. I adjusted to it quickly and it didn't really impact my stay much.

Comfortable bed with a clean room. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had several choices.

Had a little problem with the TV programming. Clock in the room was not working correctly.

Location for what we needed to do. Cost was good. Outstanding. People to work with.

The bed was to tall and was hard for my wife to get into. She just had back worked on 3 weeks ago.

Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Staff was amazing and accommodating.

Our particular room was next to pool so smelled bit like chlorine. The poor older woman in kitchen seemed aggravated by kids and just seemed exhausted.

i have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff always super nice. Great place to stay.

Had to get towels from front desk. Housekeeping didn't replace them.
